This game is okay. I cant say its not but where is the regular player progression? There should also be an extended franchise mode plus an NBA Draft. Its an outrage. They should also get realistic with dunks. Who does a 360 with 4 defenders all over him? this game couldve been better. Not what I expected.

wonderful graphics |
| brad from melbourne,victoria,australia says (25/May/2003): |
This game has wonderful graphics which really shows what each player looks like. One addition that they should add is the players own shoes. Like Tmacs for tracy mcgrady, kobes for Kobe Bryant and so on. One reason why i'd give this game an eight is because you can basicly score on command. Unless you are on hard mode it is way to easy. You just run up to the basket and score. The players almost have no chance in making a stuff. It is wierd like that. You can also make asse impossible threes. Way to easy to make three pointers. Although on create a player they have an awesome perspective on making the players. If they had more accesories and things you can do it would be totally awesome. The announcers also should announce the player. All they say for example is number thirty three. They should have us right in something that we would like the computer to say. Other than that this game has an awesome perspective point! Good job creators!! you wear nappiesHope that some of these things will be on 2003( if you decide to make one)This game has a lot of good things but then a bit disappointing in other ways. The CPU is pretty basic while $#< remove me > at ! u retards pretty much doing the same thing every time to score, and can usually shoot threes from pretty much anywhere. I think that the graphics are excellent but could probably do with some work in the gameplay area. Overall with a couple of friends it can be a pretty fun game.

Sweet Game |
| h0ckey_stR from New Brunswick, Canada says (8/Dec/2002): |
This game rocks. I'm not much of a b-ball fan, but i love this game. The graphics are great, the 3-point competition rocks (except when you play, you don't do much, just pray that the ball goes in, no real skill cuz you race the clock). Arcade mode is cool, lots of fun there, and the season is good too. This game is definitely one of the best. However, I was really hoping for a 1 on 1 type thing, like one of the skills options or something. Maybe in the next one.

Perfect |
| George Pena from Guaynabo,P.R. says (11/Jun/2002): |
This game is perfect for me except one thing...The Western conference all-star have only one shirt, instead doing it like real life for example: Kobe must wear his away Laker shirt and Duncan his Spurs away shirt and in this game they (and the whole team) wears just 1 shirt. Besides if Phoenix is in the west and S.Marbury is in the Suns, why is he an Eastern all-star? And the same as J.Kidd, and another thing, how come Glenn Robinson is an all-star and C.Webber strarting as SF?

could be better |
| A gamer from Denve, Usa says (12/Apr/2002): |
This game looks great and I give two thumbs up to the creators for making one of the first released basketball games for the gamecube. But it has alot of work to do. Some things are not polished to the Gamecube's ability. But dont worry in a year from now basketball games for gamecube will be amazing.

no defense all offense |
| Devin from Miami, FL USA says (25/Mar/2002): |
Its way too easy to score, all u do is run to the hoop and dunk, and thats all computer does too. CPU looks for an opening in the lane passes and dunks, it gets so stupid, and if its not that, then they're just making an impossible three pointer, but at least the graphics are awesome

Its awsome except one thing |
| DC from Texas, USA says (18/Feb/2002): |
well this games graphics are really great, you can do all sorts of things in this game, its just that realistic, but as said before, the annoncers could really use some help, i mean come on, its the gamecube. Other then that, b-ball players will love this, so rent it or buy it today
