Awesome besides some minor details |

I'll start by saying this; the game simply is outstanding. I am a HUGE knuckles fan, and because of his limited action in the game, I rated it a nine. Honestly, sonic gets to blast through stages, Tails gets to blow stuff up, and all Knux gets to do is dig and glide. Another problem i had was that you don't fight metal sonic, unless im mistaken. Otherwise it hands down wins against any opposing game, such as Super mario sunshine. Shadow and Knuckles ROCK

I think this game, Sonic Adventure 2: Battle is the best game of the year! I totally freaked out when I found out that this game was FINALLY for the GCN. The graphics are awesome, cool charaters (and their voices) and best of all, the background music rocks. The chao are the coolest things ever. I saw another review posted up saying that the game sucked, and they're completely wrong! Just because the camera angle isn't the best, doesn't mean that the game can't be the coolest! I give this game 10 stars, and SONIC RULES!!! (.:

I think the game was the coolest because the bosses and after you beat one side of the story you can fight all the bosses from that story. Also I really enjoyed fighting the Bio Lizard after you beat all three stories. But overall I loved raising the Chaos for their Graphics and their emotional feelings. Ok well I love sonic and of corse i own most of Sonic's games. I loved sonic2 for dc soooo much I tried battle for GC, I love the 2 player mode (the only thing different) but they put a very short time limit! I love being the MANY new characters but when you are just spending time goofing off the 2min time really gets to you! But I guess over all I love it but not as much as the one on dreamcast!

And first i would like to say add a trillion more stars to those ten stars because this rocks its fun and you can never run out of chaos to train.Thats my most favorite part of the game raising your own little people and you can make them go naughty or nice.This game rules compared to the other sonic games and i cant believe that sega would give in and give there most coolest guy to nintendo i mean im a really big fan of nintendo but mario nintendos main guy isnt as cool as segas main guy sonic if they both made new games i bet sonic WOULD MOP THE FLOOR WITH MARIO!

This game is one of the best games I have ever played. Fast, challenging & fun are the key words for this game. The story is intricate & thought out. The graphics are good. The music is great if you like hip hop, rap, and rock. Even after you beat the game, there are 180 missions you can acomplish. Then there's the chao garden. You can raise a virtual pet called a chao. In all, the game is fun, longlasting, and cool.

This is the best game ever! I dont have it but my best friend does. he could not of beat it without me. Chaos are the best i have a dark swim type chao. Metal sonic could whoop anybody in multiplayer mode. It has the best graphics ever.

All i can sat is wow.I mean the graphics,the play, The chariters. i mean cause Shadow is the best because...well iu guess i reall shouldn't say anything because thouse of you that haven't beat it and just want to see how good other people thought it was so you can get an idea of what it's like so all i can say is it's the best Sonic game...well acutually it's the best game ever!!! The graphics on this game is incredible. It now has multiplayer and you can connect with gba. This was the very first game i had gotten and that was when it came out. I still can't get enough of this game. This is defenetly one of the best games for NINTENDO GAMECUBE

This game is ok...i'd never really call it "awsome". because the camera totally sux, you can't really move.. sometimes the controls are very annoying and frustrating! The goodes are the mini games, The option to be on "hero" or "dark" That what changes the story,But what's up with the mechicans? They can't even run, jump or aim right!! and if i was ever the camera it'll be a diffrent point of view

Awesome Game!!! Extreamly addictive and good controller configerations. SOme people are complaining that the only thing new about it from the DC version is that you can connect a GBA to it. NOT TRUE!!! You also have a new 2-Player Mode!!! Just wanted to point that out.

Trust me, all I do is play videogames, and out of ow a 100 or I would say this one is way above the others! I mean sure the cammera are bad, but that's a challenge about it. Trust me this game is really addictive, you could find out how to master the camera in the first hour of game play. You think that's long, I play it 24/7. My friends tell me to get coolboarders and stuff, but in the first level for hero team (City Escape) there is a part where you are like going on a snowboard. You can also go to Hero team and save the world, Dark team take over the world, or just hang out in a fun loveible place called Chao Garden. Tell you the truth I am playing it right now. P.S. I got this game the first week it came out and still havent fully beat it!

I don't care what others say, this game rocks! You get to play as Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails to save the world (as usual) OR you could play as Dr.Eggman and two new characters: Shadow and Rouge, to conquer the world. How many other games ivented let you play the dark side in this way?... I thought so. Anyway, If you have played the Dreamcast version, you probably know the entire setup, but the SA2B is even better! You can choose the special 2 player mode in this game! The battles are cool, and the levels are even better! Okay, so people may say, "Well, the camera Stinks!!" and I do agree. But the camera won't bother you if you learn to master angling the camera just right in those tough spots. If you want a game that makes someone have to keep on watching the other person play because the game was desined for 1 player gameplay, Get Sonic Adventure 2. If you are trying to choose a game to get for your Gamecube, this would be your best bet. Trust an experienced gamer. n_n

This game is real good and with 30 levels, one secret level and over 180 missions the game keeps you busy. It lacks camera movement but it makes up for it with fast action, treasure hunts and shooting. The two new characters shadow and rouge give sonic and knuckles heavy competition literally. Bottom line it is the best sonic game made.

I liked the dreamcast version lots, but the Gamecube version has proved that it's better. What more could you want? My friend came around complaining that I should've bought a car racing game or a snowboarding game, but this one has both! It has basically something for everyone. Well... You get shooting accuracy levels, kart racing levels, a bit of snowboarding here and there, lots of 3D running around smashing things, treasure hunting levels that you can beat your friends at and it even has a virtual pet system! Aww...We all admire the little Chao... Apart from It's a must for anyone sane! So what if you hate Sonic? You can take the evil side and pummel him into the ground! Not that anyone would :) It even has a few puzzles and mysterious bonus-levels to be unlocked. You've gotta see the Green Emerald Hill Zone bonus level!!! Wowza what a game... Only problem is Sega reckon they're not bringing out another one in the adventure series.. :( oh well, I'll never get tired of Sonic Advance!

This game has to be on of the best games yet for gamecube, although there has been a lot of changes from the dreamcast version a lot of people who've played the dreamcast version get sick of it easily but 4 the players who haven't played the dreamcast version it can be a sick game and very addictive. Some camera angles can be bad in it but same with other games. Graphics are much better. The only thing i find annoying is how ur chow dies and go's back to level 1 and u hafta raise over and over...

Sonic adventure 2 is a great game what more could you want graphics, gameplay, mulitplayer, Hook up with a GBA its great and who cares if it was out on the Dreamcast before most people hav'ent even played it why do you think the dreamcast went out of business because they hardly sold anything so don't listen to those saying its the same as the dreamcast because its not the graphics are better it really gives you a good look at what developers are capable of nowheredays the gameplay runs like crease lighting and has loads of challenges to offer you with over 30 stages and an extra secret level to unlock. The multiplayer is great with more than just one type of game such as treasure hunt, battle mode, chao race, the ownly fault about the game is the voice actors Sonics is fine but everyone elses is horrible but don't let that put you off this is a great game and any sonic or sega fan should have this in there collection.

Oh well, I think this is a great game who cares if it was on the Dreamcast! It is brill! its the first time we have had a Sonic game for Nintendo so be flamin greatfull! I think its a definate buy and the camera is fine. The Dreamcast version didnt have the two player mode so they have added more then a GBA hook-up and also the graphics are improved by far they have polished up the graphics and it is much better! Dont compare it to the sony and dreamcast games just review what you are getting and dont be so silly! Ignore the other idiots and trust me its blumin fab! :-)

Actually there are 2 new characters and a load more multi-plyer levels. If you didn't have or play this game when it was out for Dreamcast, this is a really good chance to pick up the second-time around for Gamecube.

Why would sega do this to us? Sonic Adventure 2 is almost a year old for Dreamcast and the only new thing about this game is that you can hook up your Gameboy Advance to it.I think this game is exciting but boring and the camera is bad.
