Good, but not the best |

I rented this game, having no good games for my GameCube, and I must admit, I was surprised at how good it really was. The graphics and music was beutiful. I really enjoyed the battle system and I had alot of fun with it. After awhile though, it got kinda repedative. The levels were all pretty basic and uniform as far as "you came in here, you need to get out here." It was fun to go around and try and get all the cards, but after a while, the only thing holding me on is 1) I have only given up on one game in my life, and it was worse that this and 2) the story line. While it wasn't the most deep philisofical ever it was pretty good. So, all in all, it was a great game in it's own right, but by far not the best. Sorry guys.

this is by far not the best rpg ever. ide give this a 6 outa 10. i mean its a koo game i give u guys that but u do the same thing over an over. nothing really changes cept differnt cards. the stages are basic and simple. the dialog is horrible. som of what they say dont make sence in the manual. the graphics are nice. the music is okay.the controll is ify as in it bugs out som time in the game an the view is not straigt any more. this is exactly like another game long ago. had good grapics, good music, good story line but u DID THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER.im not talking about lvling thats the point of a rpg. its the 4 button's type a deal on every stage to unlock a door or get to the boss.. or how the stages are sooooo small. a monkey could litterly beat this game. i didnt care to track down all the cards cause once u beat it there wasnt really no point in doing so.

This game bought me hours of fun although the game play doesnt vary much it still has a good story line and the graphics are real good although i think they should have spent more time on the graphics of Katia but i still reckon this game is gr8.

The game was pretty fun, but after you realize that all your doing is the same thing all over again. And the fighting can be unfair and very annoying as you have a choice to leave but you have to lose one of your cards. But the story is pretty interesting and searching for cards is kind of fun. The graphics and music suit the game very well. A very good thing about the game is the creativity. I would recommend this game to anyone just don't be to surprised if your not totally satisfied.

I have both Lost Kingdoms, and Lost Kingdoms 2, and they so aswom. Graphics are awsome, sounds are cool, It's so fun, original, and just so cool! I could play it for hours on end, even though I've beaten them. I think thats probably why their the best RPG games, because I never get tired of playing them!

Although this game repeats itself and after about an hour of gameplay, you have done all that you will do throughout the rest of the game, the card battle system is awsome and easy to learn. The game gets more chalenging as your progress, but never really gives you a new twist. The story line is easy to follow and i like the music for the game. Its easy to lsoe yourself. I redomend this to any one. If you havent played it, do so!

I have never played any RPG game better than this particular one. The game play and story line is extremely briliant. NO other game can beat this one. The graphics are also AWSOME. When u summon a card it shows every part of it coming to life! Also when u win ure cards would gain experience as well, and that's a new teisst to an RPG card playing game. Also i also like how they have over 20 levels practically.

I love Lost Kingdoms because I love Platform games. The graphics were really good and the sound of the battling is great. It taken me 4:30 hours to get where I am now which is up to getting the four lengendary monsters. So far i have got the earth and wood legendary monsters. This game is really hard and the game play is brilliant.

A game that is so good, you cant help but to play it for hours when your supposed to play for just half an hour!! This game could be better if it was easier to get experiance, and eisier to catch cards. You should be able to catch bosses!!! But it is cool how it is. P.S. I LOOOOOOVE this game.

this isn't one of the better games i've played. infact i got bored of this one faster than any other. the gameplay is simple and quick, after a while there is not much left to do and the levels become dull, slow and annoying. The levels all looked the same and there was not much excitement in it

Lost Kingdoms is an RPG game that totally kicks the crap (pardon) out of othert RPG games. The game is highly detailed and the graphics are totally awesome! As for the gameplay, well, what can I say? It is totally tight, and the capture throw technique is a great idea for the cards. I can't wait for the second one to come out, catch ya later!

oh yeah, this game rocks the house, i wont say its the best game ever[thats just plain stupid], but it was one of the better. as for the gameplay, i give it an 12, on a scale of 10[as a certain japnese man said to metroid prime...], it is just UNBELIEVEABLE, if you know your cards, you get sooo long multiplayer battles, i actualy had an game that lasted 1 1/2 hours! replay: 6, it is fun to play again, but not incredeble, it is the most lineear there is.[except for bonus levels] and graphics: 9, it is very good, and in lost kingdoms 2 will be better. originality: 8, hey, you get an card playing rpg in front of my eyes!

I'm not much of an RPG player, but Lost Kingdoms is one of the greatest games I've ever played in my life. It ranks up in my top ten at number three. I can't wait for Lost Kingdoms II to come this spring.

it's the greatest game I've ever seen it easily tops any card game for a video game system like yu-gi-oh and i hear theres a lost kingdoms 2 coming out and you can see the monsters that you incounter this time and get the card you want ready ahead of time!

This (as I said earlier) is the best rpg game of the year. Move over pokemon, here comes Lost Kingdoms! The fights are so realalistic, you can move your character in the limited space for the battle, making it easier to dodge attacks. Plus every boss you beat you have a chance to win his card. (If u never played before you atack enemys by suminig your cards character) The two player is sweet, you & your buddy can fight in a RPG battle. This is the best RPG i have ever played. I have played at least 10 RPG's and this would have to be the best of them all. there are so many levels to play and finish and there are also so many cards to collect. The monsters that the team of technicians have come up with are excellent. The bosses in the game are also tough but not too hard.

This game rocks!!! I love games hard to beat. Sonic adventure 2 battle took me less than 4 hours to beat,including raising a choa and getting all his stats to 99 and winning every race and karatee tournament ,Lost kingdoms took me more than 11 hours and there's still extra quests to do after you beat the game! And it will take me at least 5 and a half more hours to beat it 100%!!!!

I bought this game thinking its a new rpg i can just play a bit to pass the time until another good one comes out. I loved it. This rpg has a new way of fighting. control the beautiful princess kaila and use cards that turn into creatures to fight deadly monsters. It has a good fighting scheme with a strategetic side. even a two player option to keep it lasting. make many decks off of your specialty and startegy. 20 hours isnt really that long for your average gamer but if you actually imeerse yourself into it you can really have some fun.
