This game sucks42383

Ryan from Miami, Flordia says (29/Aug/2004):
Starfox Adventures sucks. The storyline sucks, the areas are very tiny (I seen mulitplayer levels bigger than the areas on SFA). The music is really awful, the main theme isn't great but it still good and fits the game. The emenies are too easy, plus the main emenies(the Sharpclaws)look gay and really suck. Here an overview of each Sharpclaw.

Grunts-They are the smallest Sharpclaw and they carry maces (maces are gay, they should carry a battle axe). They really suck too.
Note:There are two type of grunts, one is tan and the other is blue. You only find blue grunts in snowy areas.

Medium Sharpclaw with sheild-I don't know what these guys are called so I call them Medium Sharpclaw with shield. These guys carry a battle axe(I think they should carry a sword). They are the best sharpclaw because of their sheild, they block your staff's moves lots of times.

Large Sharpclaw-These guys almost suck as much as the grunts. They are the largest sharpclaw and they carry a battle axe like the medium Sharpclaw.

They could of made more varity of Sharpclaws and could of giving the Sharpclaws better armor and weapons. Also when one emeny is fighting you, the other guys just stand there watching you until you kill the guy fighting you. The voices are good though, the guy who does Fox's voice is awsome, For some strange reason the Snowhorn Tribe and the WarpStone have Scotish accents, well the Snowhorn tride doesn't have a Scotish accent but they say words like lad and youngin. The areas are aren't that vast or big (That really goes for ThronTail Hollow). The only big areas is Darkice Mines and the Force Point Temples. The specials that you get from the Cheat Tonkens are gay and pointless. Also the moves Fox does with his staff repeat over and over. Don't get me started on the arwing missions, it look Rare got some five year old to do the arwing missions, THEY REALLY SUCK. Also the idea for a sidekick was kinda cool, but why did it have to be a retarded and annoying sidekick, Tricky does help you beat the game but he really annoying. The levels sucked and the bosses were gay and too freaking EASY!!! The graphics are great, I'm really impressed by the fur, water, fire, rain, and lightining effects. Also the the gameplay controls are good, the C stick invertory was a really good idea. You know what really gay about the game, is the fact Fox knows about stuff before he told, like when he knows about King Earthwalker being kidnapped before Tricky's mom tells him. I don't care if the game like Zelda, but I do care if the game sucks!!! Even I could think up better idea for an adventure game(REALLY).

Too much of a Zelda wannabe, big disgrace to Star Fox fans.41770

Brendon Abbl from Oregon City, Oregon says (12/Jul/2004):
Look back to the good ol' days and think to yourself: "What's Star Fox?" The answer? A flying/Shooter game. This game went too much into adventure. It would have been good if there were no flying missions, but there is flying missions. Star Fox 64 wasn't popular because it lost to The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. So Nintendo thought; "Oh! If we make StarFox like Zelda, it will do just as good!"...No.
First, let's look at the ups. The graphics are very well detailed, and lighting affects are flawless. It is a very colorful game, showing it's a bit directed toward the younger audience. Enemy design is great, and the plot is well thought up. Characters look awsome, espesially Falco. He's all ninja like. Good ol' Falco...Anywhoo, Character detail could not get any better. So obviously, Graphics are probably the best trait about this game. Sound...It could be a bit better. It's a bit slurred. Movements look very natural.
...That's all. Now the downfalls. Star Fox has always been a flying, shoot-'em-up kind of game, that's how Star Fox is, that's how he will always be remembered on the S.S.B. series (Super Smash Brothers). And if you've played Star Fox before, you'll ask yourself: "Since when did Fox know how to use a spear-type weapon, and how does he know how to perform magic, and how does he know all this stuff he's allways hated before?" I know I did. The gameplay get's pretty boring after awhile, and it lags a bit. Some enemys get very annoying to the point of just turning off the Gamecube. The game is a bit too short, and a little too easy. And the big downfall was, Star Fox just doesn't make a good platformer/RPG. This was too much of a Zelda wannabe. Do yourself a favor and get the new Zelda when it comes out...No not Wind Waker 2, but the sequel of Ocarina of Time.
Overall, the visuals on this game are outstanding...And that's about it, it was too much like Zelda. Nice try Star Fox, but your going to have to stay in that Ar-wing where you belong.
Looks like Andross got you, engine out-put at 3% and populartiy percent is an exact Four...Out of Ten.

Decent game36772

James from Front Royal, VA says (9/Dec/2003):
The graphics are average compared to what I've seen for gamecube. You only get 1 weapon and the attack combinations are very limited. The bad guys are effortless to defeat and the bosses are even easier. The puzzles are no brainers and the only time you get stuck is when you have to go searching the entire planet for a rock or something which is very boring. The part of the game that you play in the Arwing is well done though. The sound is pathetically simple. The view is what I found most annoying. When doing thngs such as playing the game in the shop in Thorntail Hollow, if you try 10 scarabs the view becomes an incredible neucince. You cannot see any of the black scarabs on your right, left, and behind you, and with them running around so quickly you have to see where you're going. But you have to move Fox a little and press L hundreds of times consecutively just to get the camera remotely right and when you adjust Fox's position it is likely you will step on a black scarab. And the fact that Fox has to make a circle just to turn around without skidding and killing his speed makes it extremely hazardous in the scarab game. One of the cheat coins you buy doesn't activate a cheat it just says something very vague which is of no use to you at all and you wasted 20 scarabs on it. The fact that you can't make Fox jump, and the fact that Fox can only fight 1 bad guy at a time is stupid. Zelda doesn't let you make Link jump either but the levels are so well designed that you forget that you can't make him jump and all of his actions seem natural. After all this I would suggest that if your bored go ahead and beat the game and sell it or burn it, but if you havn't bought the game yet don't bother. This game cannot be compared to Zelda.

Things that are fuzzy, HOT, start with 'F' and end in 'ox'24568

Ryo Knight from Beavercreek, USA says (1/Jun/2003):
Personally, I thought StarFox Adventures was a major kick-ass game. The graphics were stunning, and the music rocked. (I especially liked the way they took some older tunes and spiffed them up a bit.) But back to the graphics, I've NEVER seen graphics this good. You can make out Fox's individual HAIRS and everything. and the way his ears/tail will randomly twich is great. I have only a couple complaints...
Cheesy side kick: Sure, Prince Tricky can eat shrooms and spit fire (Kinda like Mario, eh?), but he can also (Drum roll) DIG AND PLAY FETCH!! YAY!!! Please...as IF we NEEDED another stupid side kick. You'd think that after NAVI, nothing could get worse. Okay, I was right in the middle of a boss battle, and Tricky screams "LET'S PLAY!!!"...I turned around to smack him one, and when I turned back around, I was DEAD!! GARG!! HE made me waste a Bafomdad! That little bastard! ALL HIS FAULT!!
'ahem'...
Then theres the replayability...THERE IS NONE!! I was sad. I was SOO sad, that I started my game over. garg...addictions are bad, kids.so I figured I'd waste all my time on looking for those stupid cheet token thingies.
The Warpstone sounds Scottish, yet LOOKS Jamacian: Not really a complaint, but it's just WEIRD..Oo
Falco don't come back till the VERY end!: Sure, he's an arrogant jerk, but he's a HOT arrogant jerk! And the way they talk about him in the booklet, you'd think he would play a bigger role. But oh well. I like his shnazzy new threads.
That about sums it up, peeps. I know this review is pretty late, but TOO BAD! with all the crap I complained about, you'd think I'd give it a worse rating. But Fox has a nice butt, so there.

Great gameplay, moderate story38666

Voltz Megawatt from nowhere, somewhere says (29/Jan/2004):
I have always been a starFox fan since the release of the first one for the SNES. After the first two flight sims, I needed some on-foot andventure.
The gameplay in this game is great--it's one of THE most fun games I've ever played, right up there with Super Smash Bros. Melee and Banjo-Tooie. The graphics are better than anything I've seen--though they say Gamecube has less graphic quality than the Heck's Box, this surpasses it. It looks REAL. Even with Halo, you could tell the images were computerized polygons--fox actually looks like a woodland animal in this one. Seeing as each strand is an individual polygon, this is no surprise.
I was disappointed at first by the lack of a jump button, but you can still jump when you need to. I really like the staff fighting--the use of different combos, especially the one where you pull back on the stick, is very cool. One of the previous reviewers complained that there weren't enough combos. This is actually good--too many combos and you forget most of them.
The Arwing missions weren't very good. They needed 3-D flying, and a boss at the end of each one, as well as an in-$#< remove me > at !pit view. Graphics were good, though.
the soundtrack kicked butt. StarFox had some good songs, and some bad ones. StarFox 64's soundtrack simply sucked. SFA supercedes both its predecessors, especially with Krystal's saxophone song, the Sonic style electric guitar music, and the Andross theme.
The only thing I really didn't like was the magic. StarFox is a sci-fi, futuristic, technological game series. If you want wierd stuff like magic and spellsones, get a Zelda game.

Great game, but a few things that kindo f bothered me...13205

Fred from Holbrook,NY, USA says (20/Dec/2002):
I enjoyed this game very much, but a few things really stood out.
First off, although it's a rip off of Zelda, one thing they should have added was a warp. It gets soooo annoying running all the way from Thorntail Village to Cape Claw. It takes like 15 minutes. Second off, on your last trip to Cape Claw you see one of the lightfoots doing something in a short like 5 second movie. Then he runs under the gate. What the hell did this have to do with anything? Next, the bosses. The first one was kind of hard, until I figured out what to do. The one after was cool chasing those guys on your bikes, but the rest were too easy. When you're on dragon rock, they say the dragon guy was really hard, so I'm thinking youre gonna have a tough battle, but he just flies around. With a turbo button, he's dead in like 2 seconds. And the T Rex guy was too easy. Yes, and the forementioned "battle" with General Scales. I wanted to at least fight him, but it's not even a second before suddenly Andross commands him to give the spirit over. I really wanted to see Falco appear in the game, the way they talked about him, you'd think he'd be there, but no. I hope they make a game a lot better than this. And with walking back and forth through temples and $#< remove me > at !, you have to go through all this stuff, like going to the Ice Mountain, you have to get to that water thing change the direction a million times....its really annoying. Other than that I totally enjoyed it, great game, can't wait for a sequel, which hopefully they will do, or will we have to wait til the next system?

Difficulty and length of Ocarina of Time finished ......In 4 days?10595

C. Krehbiel from Deer Creek Oklahoma,USA says (24/Oct/2002):
Personally I LOVE the game. (I also must say that Krystal is HOT) It has good gameplay, good graphics(except in a couple of rare instances), really good plot, and last but not least, difficult enough to keep you working on it for at least a couple of weeks.....or is it? It may just be me,but looking at Ocarina of Time, which has the same amount of levels (8, more or less for SFA), equal difficulty, and equal complexity. But then how does it work that I finished SFA (Star Fox Adventures) in 4 days, when I don't think I could finish Ocarina of Time in a month? Mabey SFA has a bit lighter, a bit more "appealing" plot that demands a a little more attention.
That leaves my only dissapointment being the fact that it seemed over so soon, leaving me thinking,"Whoa, how could it possibly be over, now,in only four days."

Well, enough of that,it really is a good game and I share the previous opinion that the game is sort of Nintendo's way of apologizing in advance for the upcoming Zelda title.

Another one of the good points,in my opinion at least,is the musical score.
That was one of the things that kept me at it especially in the Ocean Force Point theme,Krazoa Palace theme, and Krystal's little sax accompanyment.
If Nintendo were to sell all of the music from this game on a CD,
I would buy it as soon as concievably possible.(if anyone knows any sites on the web that have that have at LEAST midi files from SFA,please e-mail the URL(s) to me.

Over all, I would say that this game is one of the "rare gems" of Nintendo,a very fine work indeed.

Average at best10560

Zerg-kun from OK, USA says (22/Oct/2002):
Same old, same old. It's very similar to other rare games, but this time adds a bit of Ocarina of Time with the lock on system. Even the music sounds the same, the same as Jet Force Gemini, maybe you've noticed it? Another thing i don't like are the maps, they show all the levels of the area so it makes it hard to navigate. This is something i would have like taken from Zelda, too. Then another thing i didn't like was obtaining items or skills that you only use in that one area and hardly ever again, if at all(see: moon seed). I have heard complaints, like having to solve puzzles with little or no idea wha to do, well i liked that. Its a nice change from the obvious. And your partner, Tricky, really isn't that annoying, pretty fun actually. Play fetch and watch him change colors. Why, I'll never know. My only complaint on Tricky would be if you try to do a 180, and tricky is following too closely, he makes you stop right in your tracks and go around him. The combos you do with your staff are pretty neat looking in the beginning, but the lack of new things to do with it will get old, good thing you need to employ different methods on bosses. Graphics are all crisp and nice, none of that "when a character is so far away it disappears until you get closer" junk. I remember reading something saying this game will last about 100 hours... It only took me about 10, maybe they were using the metric system. It may seem like I'm bashing the game alot, but I really liked it, but I don't want to play it again, I'm glad i rented it.

I got it for christmas13800

Bob Dole from United Kingdom says (27/Dec/2002):
  Errrrrrrrrrrrr...
I got it for christmas and i must say it is a great game, but for someone who completed zelda 64 in 6 hours, it dont seem like a very long game, i mean i got up at 7am on christmas morning and started playing star fox at 8am, and i mean i had finished it by 2am the next morning lol, it took me 18 hours to complete the entire (including getting all the fuel cells), yet there were some things that did annoy me, like the gate keeper on ice mountain the wooly mammoth guy, he was stuck in the little underground bit, which now has a fuel cell in it, this was the only one i could never figure out how to get, and i thought the ending was probably the the pappist ending i'v ever seen, all u do is fight andross and then he explodes, then u get a dodgy little sequence with krystal, one more thing lol, look at me jabbering on like a little school girl. Anyway, i got about 6 cheat tokens and they never seemed to do anything?, why is this, i think they would have been better off making the game like Jet Force Gemini on the 64, where u can go backwards and forwards in the game, like go back to stages, and would it have hurt the put a difficulty level in?, god damn it, another thing i saved it when i was fighting andross and now i have a crappy save file that it usless cause its on 99% and when it starts i fight andross and then its the end... Well there u go, the one game i thought i could love for ever has betrayed me... I must go now, i now have time splitters 2, awaiting my life...

Best Graphics, Best Storyline, Best Game on any console, EVER.10780

Krystal from Central Ohio, USA says (30/Oct/2002):
Flying, running, exploring, magic, staff fighting, a sidekick (even though its a freak of one), and just a kiss of romance/attraction. What more could any gamer wish for? It's wholesome enough for the kids, and "tinted" for adults and teens. It truely is a breath of fresh air in the midst of what I'd think of as a stale period for Nintendo. Fox and Zelda are my Al'ma Ma'ters. I must say I'm feeling a bit of dissapointment for the upcoming Zelda. Just simply not up to a standard of paying 50+ bucks for (more expensive as you go west). Anyways, I just wanted to give a HUGE two thumbs up for Fox this time around. Original was great, this was "god-like" for the gaming world. I've always been a loyal Nintendo buyer, and Fox this time just served as a renewal in my faith that Nintendo is developing even greater games. Best graphics I've ever seen, as well, in ANY console. LOVE how Nintendo is finally starting to give the characters expression. Could use a tinge of work, but overall, cool. Can't easily beat the soundtrack. Talking about beating, I beat the game in 4 days. One could only beg that Nintendo brings out a continueing line of these quality games, more so hoping for more Fox games. Also, I would hope that Nintendo keeps up with its vow for a Modem Adapter, which has never even been mentioned to the stores around Ohio. Really Impresed. Good job, Nintendo. -Krys*

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS GAME IS AWWWWWWWWWWWWWSOME!35296

Alex from Cranston, R.I., United states of America! says (13/Nov/2003):
i Think this game is the best game in the world. WHERE DO I START!!!.....A-Ha! The Graphics! There the best graphics Ever!!! The Game Is so good i think I'll scream! The first boss was awsome with the spellstone stuck in his stupid idiotic little throat! I didn't really get the advice that old toad Slippy gives me sometimes. I'm like "WHAT DO YA MEAN THE WEAKNESS LIGHTS UP!!! IT'S NOT EVEN LIGHTIN' UP AT ALL!!! I MEAN TH-' at that precise second I went around and saw it's tail glowing. "Whoops." Oh, and Andross! This is what he says to Fox. "I've been looking forwand to this day. To see you again, Fox McCloud." and then fox says "Andross!" Then Andross says
"And now to destroy the Lylat System! And he that like a reterded person. Although he isn't EVEN a person! lol! and Tricky is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DUMB!!! YOU CAN MAKE HIM WALK INTO FIRE!!! AND YOU KNOW WHAT!!? ONE TIME, HE KEPT ON SAYING "I'M HUNGRY" AND IT was GETTING ON MY NERVES, SO I TOOK MY STAFF AND WHAM!!! BUT THEN HE BREATHED FIRE ON ME WHEN I WAS ALMOST DEAD!! Why does it suck so much?38039

Cindy from Orange Springs, Florida, USA says (7/Jan/2004):
I am a starfox fan.. and when seeing the screenshots and stuff for this game i was very impressed i must say.. i mean they had dinosaurs and this blue fox chic that was cool looking.. so i said 'what the hey?' and bought it. I was looking forward to actually being able to control fox himself and not him in the arwing for once.

Boy was I dissapointed.. oy.. first of all they make things which they thought was obvious to do very difficult.. and many of the tasks you must do are very awkward. The lightfoot test for example okay.. i got the dang totem pole thing fine.. but i have about broken my finger for the past week pressing the dang A button to try and push that musclefoot jerk into the dang pit and i still can't do it.. gimme a frickin break... i need some cheat codes.. The voice acting for fox was okay.. but as far as the other voices and what they were saying.. well.. a lot of the time it was very gay sounding.. just sounded so stupid and fake.. i have to give them a little credit for the graphics though. Fox had a nice appearance and his graphics were pretty good.. but i must ask one question.. what is up with the all too familiar using reptilian like dudes for the bad guys? That has been soooo overdone! good grief.. give it a rest.

Best Game Made!!! A must for Nintendo fans!!14160

Angela from Florida, USA says (30/Dec/2002):
This is one of the best games ever alongside Zelda: The Ocarina of Time and Super Smash Bro. Melee. The graphics were incredible, i mean the fur effects, the shadows, everything was incredibly thought out. The sounds and music are the best out of any game made. The only thing I didn't like though, was that it was incredibly short. I mean, I got this game 5 days ago and I'm already at Andross at the end. The flick scene with Fox and Krystal and the sax music was cool too...lol. Also, the only boss I enjoyed was the first one. Awesome detail on the bosses!! After the first boss it seemed like they lost focus and just tried to finish the game as quick as possible. Especially the boss at Dragon Rock. They were talking about how he was the most powerful machine that was made and all he does is fly around. Way too easy, Nintendo. However, this game is just like Zelda: The Ocarina of Time with the auto jump and the display of the control buttons. Even the levels were similar with the tunnels and dungeon maps. This is the greatest game made and anyone who did not like it is out of their minds. This is the perfect mix of adventure, strategy and a little romance. If you own a Gamecube, you MUST buy this game!

I love this game! The graphics, the characters, th- you get the idea.46371

Samuel Snyder from Akeley,Minnesota,USA says (28/Oct/2006):
I thought the game was hard, but after I beat it alot, it became so much easier. I love the graphics. Oh, and the characters, and I musn't forget the many different tribes. But I LOVE the on-foot combat. Screw the Arwing, on foot is where it's at. At first, the game scared me and my friend when we got so far, but we beat it. But I don't get why you have to use the Arwing to get from place to place. Just ask the Warp Stone...I wish! Oh, well. Battling some Red-Eyes can get you jumping up......crying for your mommy...Heh heh. The Krazoa challenges are easy to understand, but hard to get right. I remember when I couldn't beat the FIRST one. GOD was that emberrassing. Oh, well. Can't change the past. But, please, feel free to email me. I'll get back to you A.S.A.P. Ah, I almost forgot, the time changes. While you play, the time changes from day to night, and vice-versa...I like that.
But what I hate about this game is that some areas are too confusing-I just can't get pass them without a plan. Also, those Devil-Bat, things are sneaky and I can't hit them.
In conclusion, I find that thius game is SO fun. It would make a great gift for a StarFox fan.

Great game and graphics for Star fox14595

Joel Jones from Surrey, England says (3/Jan/2003):
I got this game for Xmas and I was stunned by the graphics and play speed. I have always been a Star fox fan ever since I got Starwing. I must admit it is a lot like Zelda but with more annoying puzzles. I love the game and console and hope future games will show that damned Xbox how crap it is and that they realise just how inferior the graphics are on that machine. I think Prince Tricky is really cute. The songs on the game are quite fun and I especially liked the Krazoa Palace tune since it is nice'n'catchy. One star has to go off though, due to the lifespan of the game since it just takes a day or so and you're halfway through the game already! (mind you, I do play for long hours)The Arwing missions are compelling but I wish there was a boss at the end of them as that is something I really miss from Starwing and Lylat wars. The voices are top notch and Slippy's voice is funny but I have noticed that the Star Fox team have American accents but nearly all the dinosaurs are British!! And I have never heard of a huge warpstone with a Scottish purr before! Overall the game is definitely an exiting one.

starfox is a great game but can it compare with games like metroid prime and melee?14424

Lee g from delta, british columbia, canada says (1/Jan/2003):
I just got this game for cristmas and i have to say it is one of the most well planned and made games yet on the cube, but i has some flaws like impossible to reach feul cells, bricks that dont give off shadows and foot in the snow not in the same position of your feet. But those aside this game is the best game i have ever played aside from metroid prime, sunshine, super smash bros melee, and of coarse super mario world for the snes. starfox is a great game but i lacks a multiplayer option like in starfox 64, i mean imagine playing as fox and flying around on dinosaur planets surface while shooting your friend out of the sky! That would give this game a 10 out of 10 but starfox still has some of the best moves and characters out there o' and that reminds me of one last flaw WHAT HAPPEND TO FALCO?! sure he makes a cameo appearence at the end but still why did they take him out? he was mine and alot of others favorite member of the starfow team! ah well... nothing i can do about it. so finally i have to say that anyone that dosnt already go a cube should run out and buy one for this game alone!

Star Fox is awesome! With great graphics and an awesome story line, it has only one flaw...10030

Joshua Hernandez from Tennessee, USA says (4/Oct/2002):
Like I said in the title: Star Fox Adventures has awesome graphics and an even more awesome story line! I was a little disappointed about not flying in Fox's usual ship like all the other games, until I found that that's how you travel from planet to planet piece to planet piece. The game is focused mainy on Fox and your little dino-buddy. The only thing that I didn't like is that the prince(your dino-buddy) can always travel passed things that you have to work hard to get through, and somehow he always meets you on the other side. Whereas in other parts of the game you have to help him make it across different obstacles. Just a flaw that the guys at Nintendo didn't pick up on,I guess. Other than that, though, the game makes it to the top of my Gamecube games list! I love the Sharpclaws! They make for one heck of an awesome looking enemy! The bosses surpass those of many games, and there were a few nice little tricks that took me awhile to learn within the different puzzles, so the game didn't bore me. I would put this one on my Christmas list if I was you, kiddies. Definitely a keeper!

This is a GREAT game!11888

Rye from California, USA says (27/Nov/2002):
It was like playing another Zelda game! I rented this game and got addicted. I ended up beating it in 3 days. After I beat it, I was left craving another adventure game. It didn't get a ten for two reasons: 1: It was too short, although it is enjoyed very much as a rental. 2: Near the end, it became a go here, do this kind of game. I thought it was kind of lame that after the first boss,( If you have never played the game, stop reading this, for it will ruin some stuff)they stopped having bosses. Also, it didn't really fit in that Andross was the last boss. It seems that the makers just stuck that on at the very end. It didn't look like it was very carefully planned. I liked how there was some mini games in the game. And there was lots of pussles! I love pussles! Though the part where you had to activate all of the totem poles was a pain in the neck. I spent almost an hour doing that. Be warned, this is a very addicting game! READ FROM HERE: I suggest that you definitely play, if not buy this game. It is defenetly one of those must play games and left me looking foward to Metroid Prime!

The game has its good and bad points44802

Erin Kay from Dallas, Texas says (4/Jun/2005):
I love this game and I hate it at the same time. It rocks and it sucks ant the same time. Here are a few pointers.
Good-
It has the best graphics ans the most interesting sound and music. The colorful nature of the game invites you to play it. I think the dinos are so cool looking. You can beat tricky with your staff. The staff is really cool too and the fact that you can upgrade it is a nice touch. I like the blue fox girl,
Bad-
Only one freaking weapon! Can you jump? NO! I hate when they don't let you jump! The last stupid boss is too hard to beat. The blue fox girl is not in the game enough. The game gets really wierd. Sometimes you wish you could just shut tricky up and stab him with your staff. He is the biggest smarty pants on the planet and you're trying to save him. I like whipping him with my staff! I'm so mean.
Well overall its a pretty good game. I like it but its nothing compared to Zelda! Star Fox is a Zelda wannabe. I played it anyway and it was fun. So I would buy it if I were you but I'm not you. So decide, To buy or not to buy? That is the ultimate question.

A Person Thats Getting It For Christmas44802

A gamer from United Kingdom says (19/Dec/2002):
  Ermmmm.....

I haen't even got the game yet, but from looking at the screen shots and the movies of it, im giving it a 10/10, shearly cause it is just so great, i also have been a fan of star fox since before the 64 version, i loved the version on the snes, although the colours were enough to give someone an epileptic fit, yet i must say, that if the members of RARE are reading this, if u dont come back to nintendo, then im going to sneak into your house and steal your brains and make the rest myself, With you infinite knowledge.

I would like the thank the Acedemy....
And all my loyal and loving star fox fans...
And most of all, the most praise goes to Rare, for being there when i needed you the most.

And the shame award goes to RARE also, for leaving the one company that can keep them alive, damn you XBOX, straight to hell!

If you are the "proud" owner of an Xbox, then hear this...

"The Power Of Christ Compells You"
"The Power Of Christ Compells You"
"The Power Of Christ Compells You"
To burn your Xbox alive...

BYE BYE.....

PS ( I LOVE RARE )
