Excellent Graphics, Cool Sounds and Friendly Controls make this Game Completely Outstanding. It all is due to Mr.Shigeru Miyamoto who Created Mario which is now a Household Name all over the world & is a real Genius.He is One creator who revolutionized the world of videogames. This game is a Collector's Item so don't think but Just Go For It..Mario looks like your average Italian plumber. He is rather chubby and has a big mustache. Most of the time, he is wearing blue overalls, white gloves, a red shirt and cap and black shoes. Most people would describe him as a rather hardworking, determined but goofy and awkward kind of guy. His voice is also kind of goofy and high-pitched. He sounds a little like Mickey Mouse from Disney. Mario does not have good looks like other heroes but he is rather charming. He is the guy that always manages to win with a smile in his face. Do Visit the Official Nintendo's Mario Website as It Is a Masterpiece.. ok, first off... i would like to review the reviews. Reviews are generally there to HELP people! if you don't like something about the game or the game in general, just calmly say why... theres no need to be rude about anything, it's just a game, theres no need to get so pissed off about it. If you don't like it, fine... either say why or go and get a different game. ANYWHO! i'm quite slow with any games cuz i rarely have time so this was long enough for moi, but may vary to the gamer. Considerin Mario isn't meant to be lifelike -stares at a reviewer- the graphics were fine. I find any sound on computer games annoying, i just wish they would always let you add your own so meh to the sound. the storyline and plot of the game is just... weak. i don't mind fantasy games (zelda,sonic ect) but com'on... is that all they could come up with? excluding the storyline the game makes up with its actual gameplay, it's a challenge through different levels, and i like that except some were too short and easy. Overall the gameplay is great and always brings you something new... it doesn't compare with mario 64. i never actually completed that game, but i was too young n crap at games =P but anywayz, even though it isn't as good as mario 64, this game in general is worth its money and i reccomend to give it a try no matter what reviews say cuz obviously it has shown to have some very extreme reviews... its one of those you either love it or hate it.

Super Mario Sunshine is an awesome game. I think the grapics are one of the best improvements. The levels/courses are really pretty and colorful and it feels like you're really there. The water is also awesome. It moves and looks like water should. The water that comes from FLUDD is also very realistic and you can see the individual drops.
Sounds are fun and cute and some are remixes from past mario games which are fun to hear again.
Yoshi is re-introduced into this game as well and I think this was a really cute idea. I havn't seen Yoshi in a game for a really long time and he plays a cute role in Super Mario Sunshine.
The difficulty level varies. Some episodes are veeeery frusturating. There is one episode on every level where you get FLUDD taken away and you have to do an obstical course type thing with out it. This is extremely difficult.. and I have a couple marks on my controler from it hitting the wall a few times.. But I do think it was a good idea to add these courses in there, because it builds your skill in the game. It also makes you not so dependant on FLUDD because you are pretty much forced to practice moves/jumps etc. without it. And even though these "mini courses" are difficult.. they are rather addicting.. and you will most likely find yourself trying again after you're done being mad at it.
Yes, the ending to this game was very dissapointing. I was definiatly expecting a little more.. But over all I think this is an awesome game and is completely worth your money. There are a lot of suprises, fun characters, and amazing graphics that will make you want to keep playing. Isle Delfino is definatly worth a visit.

This game was so much fun! It is much different from the other Mario Games made before because mario has FLUDD, a waterpack. I was really impressed with the graphics. They really bring the game to life. The game wasn't too hard, but I got stuck on a few levels. Even after I beat it, it will be fun to play on my favorite levels. These were serina beach and pinna park. Pinna Park is an amusement park with a roller coaster and other rides. The music in pinna park is great to listen to. It is so energetic that it is perfect for an amusement park. I also like the music in many other levels. The main point of the game is to get shine sprites but there is much more to the game than that. There is collecting blue coins and saving peach. Super Mario Sunshine has a great plot. It is more than just Peach getting captured. I would recommend this game for anyone!

ok all mario fans probably hate me now but i gave this game a 5 because i loved the beggining where i used flood to clean up the scum left by baby boweser (the mystery mario) it was very enjoyable with good graphics. i would spend hours in frount of the TV playing this game but once i got all the goop cleaned up i found the other missions useless. Dont take this the wrong way but what does popping ballons on a run-away roller coster (the last mission on the carnaville island level) have to do with communty servace or trying to prove marios innacent. Long story short i think it was a great game and it was well worth my 60 bucks to buy it. But Nintendo next time slow down and take time on the ending.

This is the best game I've ever played. There's perfect music, characters, gameplay, graphics, and sounds, what else could you ask for. I haven't beat the game and I think it will be a very fun game for all ages. My things that I like about this game is the yoshis, the sound that you hear when you get a shine sprite, the upgrade turbodrive, and baby bowser (in disguise as Mario) Oh and on petey pirahna strikes back use the things that go to your jet or whatever and shoot the water when there on it and aim at petey pirahna. Then you have to chase and go on top of a building and spray petey pirahna a couple of times then he'll fall on the ground then spray him and repeat this acouple of times and when dies get the shin sprite and there you have it ok.

This game is great!!!!!! the graphics are almost to good to be true.Surer mario 64 graphics sucked compared to this,mario is pionty in that game!!!But mario sunshine has round parts instead of square unclear shapes. the controles are easy, people that have never played vidiogames mastered the controles in 3 minuts! there are many secrets in the game so if you don't use stratagy guides it might take years.but it's not too hard ,FLUDD gives some hints so you don't get stuck on a level for too long.the sound ... there's no word for how good it is.very good ideas some are kind of strange,but good, like piantas and noki people.I don't know how they thought of yoshi regurgitating juice but anyway more about the game. there are brand new enemies and some old ones like boos, pirana plants, and bloopers.this game is super.It's even in the title. *super* mario sunshine!!!

even my 14 year old cuz liked it too it was so good that I could
not stop playing my 4 year old sis liked it too hope you vot e for me.oh I forgot let me give you a hint in Episode 8 in Ricco Harbor.When you are on the yoshi he wiil be purple.Next squirt juice at the fish when they jump.then they will turn into platforms.The purple juice make them go left,right and straiht.When you get on th metal platform jump on the small island on the left of mario.Then squirt jucie at the coconut(green coconut)then yoshi will turn pink and then jump back on the metal platform and squirt juice at the fish in frontof you.then he will turn into a platform that goes up and down
(you will figure out the rest) GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

In my opinion, there are only seven words that can fully describe this game:"This game was created by a genius!"
It is a game that, from the very beginning, will get you obsessively trapped in it's plot! I agree, the ending was EXTREMELY dissapointing, but you can't call the whole thing bad because of something that PETTY and INSIGNIFICANT!!! I am OBSESSED with this game. Many people today feel that Super Mario Sunshine isn't up to par with most games. WHY? I'll tell you WHY! Because you don't go into some sleezy town with a machine gun and start blowing things to bits!!!! I only hope that there are enough people like me to keep games like Super Mario Sunshine from going extinct. The graphics: Unearthly detailed! You can see the individual drops of water shooting out of FLUDD's nozzle! The sound: WOW! The only reason I even stumbled across this board is because I was searching the web for MP3s of those AMAZINGLY addictive songs. The controls: Very flexible! You can go up, down, left, right, diagonal, and UPSIDE DOWN! Originality: In all my years of video gaming(since I was 4) I have never seen ANYTHING like it! It is in a world that is, in my opinion, more exciting, more free, and, over all, MORE FUN! As for the value, ERRRR... In one sence, sure, but in another, it just doesn't quite meet expectations. If I went back in time, would I buy it again? With out a doubt! The experience was worth it! But when you've just beaten it 3 months later, and your still feeling the $30 to $50 financial pinch, it's a bit flustering! Of course, there's beating it, and then there's BEATING it. You may save Peach, but there's still the matter of the missing Shine Sprites. IN CONCLUSION: A GREAT buy for any age! A definite 10 of 10! Looking at it as the inventor that I am: I'M GOING TO BUILD MYSELF A FLUDD!!!!! IF E. GADD CAN DO IT, SO CAN I!!!!! This is **** ********** signing off! Good evening, and good bye.

This is the best mario game ever. (Well, it's kinda tied with double dash) I love the graphics. The sound is pretty good. (Except when you go to pinna park, on the clam ride, the guy's flute is soo gay). Having yoshi in there was a great idea. The puzzles fusterate me soo much, but then I go to a different level, then I try them again. It's soooooo awsome, better than any 64 game. 10 out of 10!!! Try it!!!!! Any mario fan must try it. For 40$ cdn, thats an awsome game. The water looks sooo real. I like that very much. One of my favorite levels were in Ricco Harbour. When you had to climb up all the ladders and stuff! Awsome. The pizzles with turning logs and stuff, really fusterated me. (I almost broke my wireless controler) Anyway, it's sooo cool! You have got to try it!

I hated it sooooooo mush,I'd never play it again when I beaten It,Cause I was Really Angry with Nintendo that they made it soooooo short,I can't believe how short it is,Last game was 15 worlds,this one only has 7!!!!! I am very disapointed with nintendo,Myamoto always makes a long game,But this game was Like a Demo!!! So,If you want to have a great game,make it Zelda,The Wind Waker,cause This game was toooooo short!!!! And If you don't take my Advise,Prepare to be mad at the end,But if your not sure,Just take my advise don't listen to all the other people,They just want you to waste money.

i think mario sunshine is really good. it's graphics are good, and the sound is good. the characters (basically the same) are good. though i don't much like the princess in this one.. she's a bit prissy. it is long though, and frustrating. if you go into a level, and then go into another area from there, it take you back to the main place and everything you did in the first level you were doing is gone. and that's ANNOYING. and also the stupid spider is annoying as well. but for the most part, it's pretty addictive. and funny as well. if you jump onto a rope and get so he's just hanging on to it with his hands, and if you have the turbo nozzle, spray the turbo nozzle and he'll start spinning in circles. press a and he'll fly off. it's pretty cool and i'd recommend it to pretty much everyone. especially if you are very persistent. you'll need it.

I don't know what the other guys are thinkn', but this game is soooo good, that I cannot put it down for a long time. Even though I am stuck...I must admit that the game itself it extremely difficult in some areas, but it has awesome graphics, sound, and an interesting plot. The long story line is great, because I want to keep playing this game as long as humanly possible! 10 out of 10 for sure, this game rocks! Me love it! I do agree with some of the other reviews though, sometimes you will desperatley need a good walkthroough and some coffee. Plus sugar. Gotta have sugar. In other words, this game rocks and is one of the best that I have evr played, out of the E games, that is. The graphics could be better, I guess, they are still pretty good though. The sound is awesome, I love the songs, but sometimes, Mario just won't jump, will he. The controls could be a little better as well, though, they are still pretty good. Definetly a good game! Rock on Mario!

This is the coolest game eva! Mario's new moves are cewl, but I noticed they are not like they were in the older versions of Mario. This is one of the down-sides to this game. Some of the levels are hard to get to also, but if you get a cheat guide or look on the web for tips the game is a ton more enjoyable. The graphics are pretty good, but it tends to give me a head-ache if I play it too long. The sound affects aren't very great either. I have been sitting on my bed, playing this game for about three hours and I still haven't gotten bored like I have with a lot of other games, so the game is very enjoyable alltogether, but like I said, unless you are a total video game wizard you really do need a good cheat guide before you really get into the game. Another thing about the game is that Mario's lifespan is a ton longer than it was in the older versions of Mario. I think that this game was totally worth the money!

I know many GameCube owners think Mario is the one and only God butintruth he is the opposite. O.K, some Mario games are good but this one sucks. I hadrespect for Nintendo when they brought out the 64 but the GameCube sucks. Now, back to Mario Sunshine. It is a derivative, childish and boring game. I just fail to see what is so good about it! Jumping around on things and killing colourful monsters. Yay. I generally don't write negative reviews but this is anexeption. Overall 1/10 (I would give it zero but the lowest you can give is 1).

this is an awesome game with great grafix and it has the perfict degree of dificulty. but after dyng a hundred tymes it get kinda boring. and theres like 400 shine sprits and thats sorta imtimidating. but other wis this is a really good game. espesillay if you are either tires of playng metroid prime and want to do somthing else or arnt allowed to play the (in my opinion) better shooter games

The first time i herd about this game i thought it was going to be stupid but then my little brother got the game and i started to play it and i thought it was alright but after i started to beat it i really liked it.If you don't have this game i think you should try it and i know you would like.The rason why i liked this game is that it is a challenge and i like challegeds.

this game suks. the game play is so frustrating. i have proof that mario will jump late on some levels and that he wont grab on to the ledge he is jumping to. I have the strat guide and i still am stumped on this one level that seems to unbeet able. o yeh evil mario on the last level can only be caught in one place because he is rigged to. there is a horrible story and i cant se why people like it
in my opinion mario should fall down a hole while eating a poisned mushroom and yoshi suking his dick
