MLB Slugfest is the best game system baseball game I have ever played. Ever since I played Blitz I have wanted to play a baseball game like it, this is it. I like how it has the TURBO bars to make the guys run faster and hit harder.My favorite part about this game is how when you are on base you can just get into fights and nock the ball out of their glove. Also I like the fire and when their on fire they catchh the ball if the pitcher throws it at them. This is the best baseball game ever created.

I'm not really a fan of sprt games, but I've gotta tell ya, this was a fun game. Instead of it being a boring game were you just play baseball, there is tons of comedy involved as well. The announcers absolutely CRACK ME UP! The one guy is so funny and the other guy is funny too. But the game itself is all around funny. If you have the ball on the feild you can punch the other players. HA HA. There is a button assigned to bean the batter. The players catch on fire and BEAT UP THE PITCHER! YEAH!!!!!!!!! This is the best sports game ever. It has pretty decent graphics but I'm comparing with like, Resident Evil and that isn't really fair. That multiplayer is good and this game is a great vacation from those old, boring baseball games.

This is probably one of the best and funnest sports games I have ever played. I have been waiting for a extreme baseball game ever since I first played NBA JAM on the Super Nintendo. Midway will be around for a long time if they keep making games like this. Who wouldnt like a game where you could slide into home and knock the cathcer back 10 feet. There is even an option where you could bean the opposing batter whenever you feel like it. I highly recommened all of Midway's Sports Games (slugfest, blitz, redcard...by the way...what happened to NBA JAM???)

the graphics are very impressive and it is very fun to beat each other up on the bases i like how there is turbo on the game so u can hit it harder or throw it faster i also like the midway codes which every midway game has but is even better because it is baseball a must buy game it will never get old

This game lacks all of the pitchers and players available in other baseball games. OK so you get the ability to take someone out at second and hit a batter. Once the novelty of that wears off in about 10 minutes, what is really here? There's no pinch hitters. The pitching selection for relief is limited to 2 players. I can't even create a player. If I want to punch a guy or throw something at a guy I'll play GTA3 it's more fun.
