Really now. This game is the ONLY reason why i bought gamecube! It is the only game i play... other's have tried to give me new games, but they lay around collecting dust. I'm 21 years old and its kinda sad that i will leave somewhere just to turn the lighthouse on for the mayor. It is so cute and new stuff happens everyday.. so you can't get bored with it. I love it. Really....the cutest game EVER!.

This really is the best game ever. When I first saw the ads I was really interested because it looked differant than the other games out there. So I bought a Gamecube and Animal Crossing and havent stopped playing since! That was 3 months ago! Although the graphics are not the best it is made up for with being able to design your own house, umbrellas and clothes. And eventhough I have completely paid off my house with all the expansions I still have the museum to complete and more. In short, the playability of this game is amazing. You can keep playing and it doesn't end. I do have one complaint though. I usually want to play at around 3 or 4 or in the morning. Not much going on then. Whoever said this is a game for little kids is wrong! I played for 9 hours yesterday and I'm 19.

All i wanted to play was the sims when i heard it was comming out for ps2! Then i got the game and my ps2 broke! So i was mad! Then my boyfriend bought the gamecube and animal crossing for me,because he thought it would be something like sims. It kinda is but in my opion it's 100 times better! Everyone calls me shel-bell so when i started the game i decided to use the nickname bell and all the animals were making fun of my name and i didn't know why until i found out that bell is the name for money! I love this game! Everyone in my house is addicted to it! We fight all the time over whos gonna be next to play it!It's reall fun and you can never get bored because your always looking for your matching furniture or running erands for everyone!The only problem i have is putting in the codes for stuff and always reseting the $#< remove me > at ! to new year , because i'm addicted to doing it so i'll get money! I'm 21 and if they made this game for kids then i guess i'm a kid!

I LOVE THIS GAME! At first, when I saw it on a bookmark and wanted to buy it, I was broke and could not. But, I loved the game even more when I played it a friends' house, so I went from about $10 to $130 in just a few days, (I did not have a Gamecube yet either). But, now I own it and love it more than ever. I would highly reccomend buying this game.

Many people wonder how game designers could come up with Animal Crossing. For many peple in this world (including me), this is the best game ever. Even though this is the best game for all ages it will be the best game to bring in money from it and getting a gamecube to play it. I want to thank all you game designers for making this game. No qeustions asked. This game is the best. Do what you and living your own life. Presents and tons of cash. Decorating your house just the way you like it. Whether it's regal, classic, spooky, or harvest everything looks great. Townspeople rock and love to give you furniture. Yep, nothing gets better than Animal Crossing.

Awesome. Fishing. Catching bugs. Making people fall in holes. Buy. Sell. Decorate. I love decorating rooms. I've always liked it since I got the Sims, and now, I have 3 rooms to decorate with stuff that doesn't even exsits!. (basment, level 1 and second floor) I like making the animals fall into holes (my list of victoms is long it's like, ohh a pitfall!) building snowmen, going in igloos and tents and doing aerobics and collecting K.K. Slider's songs. I love this game! There are even Ballons! I LOVE THE BALLONS! and I like whaping animals with my net!

One time i played Animal Crossing for six hours straight. My game Cube started to overheat which rarely ever happens with any kind of addictive game. I would highly recomend this game to anyone who i would come in humanly contact with!I read other reviews on the game before i bought it and nearly all of them were very positive about the game's features.

one of the best games i have EVER played - it gives you something things to do you'll never get bored! i hope they come out with 2nd one ^_^, I love how you can have up to 4 people in your town, make your house bigger and visit other towns... i still need to find out how to get married! HOW do YOU?! lol... AWSOME game!

The first time I played this game i was at my friends house. I think he was getting sick of me cuz all i wanted to do was play animal crossing!! When i got my own gamecube the first game i got was animal crossing! I think this game is probably one of the best games ever made. I like to hit pple with my net!! Sending letters is soo awsome too!! I can't get enough of that game!!!!!!!! I recomend this game to anyone living! I even got my mom to play it!!!

When i first started to play animal crossing my friends and I were like ..... whats the point to this game... We now see there really isnt a point.. Its fun to play to kill a few hours.. I like how the game runs on our own time. Thats orignal. Then there is the fishing catching bugs buying selling, trying to raise your HRA rating and making your house match. This game never ends so you can play and play and play untill you are 1000 years old. By the way this game isnt mant for just children... i am 22 yrs old

Forget about playstation 2 and PS1. Gamecube is da best! PS2 and PS1 don't have animal crossing! I like to hurt animals feelings by asking them "what's up?"; and the girls ask if I like the color of their fingernails. And I say "no" they r either sad or mad. the boys ask if their clothes r 2 small. Guess what I say! "yes!" they start criing their haeds off! HAHA!
its also fun 2 hit them in the head with a net while they r sleeping! try it!

I love this game! It is the best! I have been waiting for at least 3 months for Animal Crossing 2 to come out! I cant wait! hurry up with the production of it! I play Animal Crossing for at leats (no I am NOT exagerating) 3-5 hours a day! Blah to all that say extended play of this game makes it boring! I love to play it all day long!

This game is so awsome I love it. To tell you the trouth I memorized the turnip cheat. I beat the game. I got everything golden, paid off my debt and I have 1,000,000 bells in my account. This game rocks. And speaking of rocks there is one rock every day that if you hit that certain rock that day it will spit out a money bag. Keep hitting it till it goes back to a gray normal rock.

I love the game. I enjoy how you can run erands and talk to people. Spend the entire day trying to catch bugs or fishes. Even though I play it like every single day it doens't get boring at all. I've had it since New Year's Day 2003 and it hasn't lowered in funtastic rating. I like all the characters and that each one has a different personality. But this game does have limitations. I don't like how some furniture it seems like you can do something to it but you can't. Writing letters is time consuming and slow. They should make a keyboard. :)

Animal Crossing is the best I love it! If you don't have it give it a chance. I mean what can be better than planting trees to make your town beautiful, pulling weeds to make the animals happy, doing the animals chores to get something, paying off your dept to expand your house, catching bugs and fish, or simply just hanging out with the other animals. Now that's what I call life.

Yes i must agree it can be boring but if you get at the right time WHOA! man am I addicted its one of the best games I have ever played if not the best. Life ticks like real time and there is over 350 things to get and own including many old NES games like donkey kong and ballon fight. Overall it was a great game.

I love this game cause it's cute but the graphics are stale but it fits in the game and your character looks too kiddie!
Dispite this it's a great game and there are also classic nes games which is cool this is a must have for people with the gamecube so i think it's one cute game for the gamecube! you musthave this game! And the game moves in real time!
