Animal Crossing is the most fun game I have. My mom dosen't like video games but when I tell her about this one, she actually listens and joins in on the conversation. When I talked about Final Fantesy Chrystal Chronics (A.K.A FFCC) she would would kinda just nod her head and ignore me. For all you lovely fans out there who love PINK FURNITURE i'm with you all the way. I would recomend this game to teens and adults who love games like the Sims. One other thing I liked about the game is they (Nintendo) gives you a free memory card. I also like all the fetures it has like the game boy advance hook up and being able to go to others towns using memory cards.I think that everyones opinion counts so e-mail me, the author at the address shown.I now have a treat for those who are colecting chess pieces or like Star Fox

Usually I rent a game first, then buy if I like it enough. I tell you what, don't worry about renting this game first, just buy it! If there are anymore people who are thinking of moving into your town, just remember to be the first one to save on the free memory card they give you. By doing so you get a free gift from nintendo, that being two nintendo games to start you off, rather than waiting for Nook to finally start selling them. In this game, you seemingly can do anything and the whole idea of wanting to make a game that you could play for the rest of your life for only 5 - 15 minutes a day has definitely been seen through and accomplished. here are so many different objectives to accomplish within the game that I can't imagine getting tired of it. It is definitely a must buy, and I realize that I have not given it justice in this review, but it is without doubt worth the 10 stars I've given it. (I can only hope that Metroid Prime will be as good also)

Get this! Its great fun, and includes many NES games! Theres no reason not too! If you dont have a Gamecube, its worth getting a Gamecube for.

I dont really get into video games, but this video game is awesome. You can mail letters, do favors, plant flowers, paticipate in festivities. There is always something going on in your town. It is very educational as well as fun. All age groups would enjoy it. I loose track of time when I play. i get so into the game doing favors for the towns animals that I wind up playing for hours at a time. You just cant help it. It is so fun getting to decorate your own house the way you want it, and knowing that everything thing you have you have earned. This game is a must have for all ages. I agree with some of the other reviews that this game alone is worth buying the game cube.

This game is great, it turned me from a non-video game player to a everyday player. It is amazing how time goes along with ours. The graphics are a little bit cheezy, but the rest of the game rates #1 in my book. I like how it never ends, and how each holiday you can get really neat things. The backgrounds change with the seasons, which is really cool, and the accuracy of the fish and bug season. Its funny, some of the animals you start to dislike, and other ones are your favorites, its kinda like in real life, but with animals! I can't wait to get another memory card so I can start another town and visit it. I think I might have to get another Game Cube so my boyfriend can have his back! For anyone thinking about getting this game it is a must, from pulling weeds, and planting flowers and trees, from fishing to bug catching to helping out your favorite animals, this game is great, I have never seen anything like it, and for anyone who is wondering, yes you have to have it.

Its basicly has everything the sims have and more. You can fish (which is my favorite part of the game), catch bugs, talk to people, buy things, play the market. I also love all the vistors that come around like wendell. i always keep a fish on me when he's coming to town. Filling up the muesum keeps me busy everyday just trying to find every new thing i can find. Overall this game is one of the best out for gamecube yet

This game is the best! I first played it when my cousin came over with his game cube and he brought this game also. I played it and he couldnt pry the controller from my fingers. There is so much to do! My favorite part is designing your home any way you want it! You can do almost anything you do in real life... fishing, cutting down trees, planting flowers, catching bugs, sending and recieving mail, taking trips, going to the museum, donating, etc. I must have played for at least 8 hours straight. THATS HOW FUN IT IS! You have to get this game! Its so awesome how they actually make days the same as real life days. like the real holidays are actual holiday on the game! If you dont have a game cube, it is worth getting just for THIS game! i dont think i will ever get another game again! You can play forever! 100+++ stars for ANIMAL CROSSING!

I love this game, I usually end up getting up early (that dosn't happen often) just to see whats happing in town, I just love all the amazing things you can do! I even changed my town tune to my fav song! I love writing letters to my fav animals ( BOB!! ) If you don't have this game, you need to get it !! You'll never know how you lived without it!

I have to say that in all my years of gaming, I have never encountered a game like this. It is just too much fun and I love it. I love the fishing, the bug catching, the buying, selling, trading and house designing......I love it all! Animal Crossing, in my opinion, is the best game out for Gamecube right now. And the best part? It never ends! Since it runs on real time, you actually have to wait for events and holidays. That fact alone, for me, makes the game 100 times better. Why? Becuase If I play a game and beat it too fast, I get bored with it. But there hasnt been a day gone by, since I bought it, that I havent picked up that controller. I purchased the game on October 28th and I havent put it down. I think that the best part of this game is the fact that there is something new every single day! I love it and I encourage anyone to buy this game. It is a winner and definitely one of Gamecube's finest!

This game is totally hilarious! You can interact with alot of people and, well......... make your own life in this game. Its also fun because of its grafics. They make look poor, but they really make the game better. Its really fun for all ages! This gaem, I exoect, will go on for around 30 more years before populatite goes down, but it will always be hot with me. It also has no "codes", only hints, which will teach alittle pacience and people will work to earn things. After all, this game was made buy the best game company NINTENDO! The sound in it is funny, and in your house you can get a boom-box, and games,which letts you play lots of other games in this game. This game is so original, because not many games have bad graphics, yet make it out so well. The originality and the game-play are the two most important factors to make this game such a sucsess!

I loved this game soooooo much!!! its the best!!! I will never get bored of it!!! ive played it everyday eversince i bought it Its the most original game ever created on Gmaecube!!! I loved it almost as much as Harvest moon (getting coser to liking it more) trust me go to the store and say, "i awnt animal crossing now!!!!!!" and play like theres no tomorow!!! u never run out of things to do!!! its the best!!!! i can fish, catch bugs, do jobs just about anything!!!. Decorating ur house is a ton of fun 2!!! i lve redecorating!! every town in the world is different not 1 is the same!!! and the way u trade with others is ingeniouse ( im trying to crack the codes... hehehe) And oh ya this game kills 1. Halo/ 2. gta vice city/ 3. any other game except Zelda oot!!!

I think that game really truely is a MUST HAVE!!!. What i thought was most cool was that you are able to do everything that we humans are able to do. In the game your able to visit,eat,sleep,talk,dig,cut,fish,buy,move,live,and that stuff so it really truely is a MUST HAVE and if you believe me than go out and buy or rent this game and you are lucky because you can even buy this game online so........

I bought XBOX and PS2 trying to find easy games to play. I bought all the HARD, COOL games and could never play for more than 2 mins b/c I would get stuck. I FINALLY heard from another girl that Game Cube made the easiest games to play. I found Animal Crossing and play it for a few days. FINALLY I heard about cheats so now I can play even better. What SUCKS is that to get to another town, you gotta have a friend who also plays the game and what not. But maybe there is a cheat for that.

This is a great game, and I really enjoy the real-time factors and things like letter-writing, but it's a tad monotonous. Plus, it takes forever to ride the train! Agh! But, other than that, it's a really great game :D

Animal Crossing is a game like The Sims, except without the dirtyness. It is a good game for everyone to play, including adults and little kids like 5 year olds. It is an easier game than The Sims to play because you have the ability to do jobs for people to earn stuff and money. I especially enjoy the abilities to write your own tunes, design your own patterns, and play classic Nintendo games. Then every Saturday at 8:30, me and my family gather around to watch the adorable K.K. Slider jam on his guitar. This is an awesome game and I reccomend it for future gamers.

I like the game because it has real good graphics and the fun factor will be at the top of the chart. The game will teach how kids could earn money easily and expanding their new home. The sound is perfect for kids and when it is Christmas the sound will change every hour and forget about the Christmas thing. The gameplay is perfect to control the human on the screen and it isthe game of the year for my choise!

I think this is a good game because it's like real life but funner because you get to talk to animals and Get really cute furnitures to make nice houses. I love going shopping a t Nook's store and getting new wallpapers, carpets, beds, etc. It's great that they made like this because some people stink at Adventure games and really want a video game worth playing. Only thing wrong with the game is that you should be able to date or get married to some of the animals don't you think?
