You people must be kidding. Who needs a review for this game of the whole world is giving it a 10 out of 10. Me and my dad used to play the Snes game, it had some magic into it and was fantastic. Metroid Prime is even better than you could image. New vilian, old vilians i wanted to have a score with, and finally metroids. Gamer's there is a great evil out there, and its up to you to conquer it.

The first time i played metroid prime it blew me away. The graphics, the controls, the weaponary. Metroid Prime is a game which will never get old or boring and the people from nintendo better make another game. I also like the bad guy. The way the look, act it's amazing. I can't believe this game was made for the N64. I mean come on. A game of this manitude had better have another one coming.

It doesn't matter whether you're out to just defeat and kill, or explore and conquor, or discover and just gather what you need...it's like a good book and you don't want it to ever end because it takes you in and keeps you there. I bought the game cube just to play Metroid Prime and boy, did I get my money's worth! There aren't too many things out there you can say that about today.

I freaking loved it. just saying the word "Best Nintendo Game Ever" speaks for itself in every aspect of the entire gaming realm. The one part i appreciated the most was the deligent and extremely extravagent display of a "Metroid" at its best. Certainly not those cheap 8-pixel blobs you see flying around in the other games. this is what metroid was meant to be, and forever will be

I dont think it deserves a 10 more like a 12 the game has the best graphics,sound all of its sweet like when u go to magmoore cavens all that heat can let u see how it gets moist inside her helmet and wen it rains the sound is so real my favorite boss is Ridley the best weapon is FLAMETHROWER no doubt abot the game its 1 of a kind there are no gliches or anything

This game is almost everything I expected. Except for a few flaws. Much like the easy boss fights! What happened to the awesome challenges in the NES/SNES games! Plus, the controls sometimes suck like crap. Any Metroid fans reading this should'nt be mad. If you think it's the greatest game ever made, then you're probably right. But for me, it's only second to Super Metroid.

Metroid should never had been made into a first person shooter. Nintendo should be shot for have done this to my precious Metroid. SO I give this game two middle fingers up! I just hated it. My tagline says it all. this is quite possibly the greatest work of graphic art, talent, and awe to ever be held by human hands. years from now, people will say that Metroid Prime is still the greatest piece of art in history. all the detail, the enemies, the in-depth story... it's impossible to not love this game.

anyone who would give this game a 1 is clearly out of their mind. Metroid Prime is a game that anyone who has ever had interest in video games would like. The graphics are amazing and the sound is breathtaking.If you own a gamecube you must buy this game. If you own a Xbox or PS2 then sell it and buy a Gamecube and Metroid Prime. This game deserves a 20 out of 10.

Well as soon as I read a review in a popular gaming magazine I thought oh man boring! A first person shooter! And oh boy has the word first person shooter has been worn out. Then suddenly I bought it for alot of money! But it was worth it. The graphics are awsome and get more and more better.
Who on earth would not get this game? If you havent get it! Kapiche!

this game is the hot $#< remove me > at !. it's graphics are awesome the controls well...could be better gameplay is the bomb the only thing is you MUST i emphasize MUST research this stuff so you know what they are talking about. i bought this cuz i liked samus from ssbm and i liked that but that is another story. anyway it is awesome if you know what they are talkin about.

Ok I gave this game a nine because it sucks hard when you finally get used to all your abilites to have them all taken away for quite a while. In the pirate ship escape you lose all but you basic abilities, visor, powershoot, non charged beam, and it takes you forever to regain them on theoverworld. Other than that amazing grphics and gameplay great game.

What an amazing game! I can't see why ANYONE wouldn't like it. If you don't like it GO TO HELL! Every single element of the game is perfect. The difficulty is just right, the graphics, sound etc. are truly perfect. The only thing that would get me off the couch was food (mmm...) and Sports. 999 trillion% perfect!

This game is quite simply both stunning to look at and stunning to play. It has a huge world to explore and many secret areas to find. The game follows the originals with the giant bosses each with their own particular weak spot. This game is a must have for any gamecube owner and if you don't have a gamecube this should be your reason to get one.

Simply one of the best games I have ever played. I have been waiting for this game for YEARS. I just beat it and started playing again immediately. Playing a game like this makes me wonder even more than usual why there are so many crap games. Take the time to make it worth playing. I'll be content playing this til another great one comes out.

at first i thought this game was easy but it was a real challenge! The graphics are great and the gameplay is smooth! You have all the weapons from the previous metroid games and some new ones! The bosses and just the regular people hard to kill but this game is still awesome! If you buy one Gamecube game this tear buy this one!!

This is the BEST game I have EVER played!!!! I didnt think it would be able to hold true to the series, but somehow, it did. I have been Starving for more metroid for.....I dunno, years? Incredible graphics, Easy controls, it has it all. By the way, I agree that any "control problems" are from the player, not the game. Right Sammy?

Metroid Prime is the best game I have ever played. It's one of the only FPS I've ever played that i really enjoyed. It encorperated jumping very well. And the Morph Ball and the Grappling Hook are really fun and differnt. Mabey a litle bit less fun then Super Metroid, but defintetly worth buying at full retail. A VERY fun game
