The stages are awsome, characters are sweat, moves are beyond tight! But what happened to the fatalites and stage fatalites! And the graphics are so so so tight! I wish the fatalites would come back! I loved the fatalites! But I can deal with it. Why doesn't Sub-Zero have a mask? Scorpion does and Sub-Zero had a mask in MK,MK1,MK2,MK3,and MK4! And he doesn't have one in this one. Come on. Anyway I cant figer-out how to use fatalites! I have a X-Box and I dont know what buttens to push to use a fatalites. The graphics are so cool! And Sub-Zero looks so cool but he needs a mask. When I got MK it was awsome and to see how much MK has evolved to MKDA. I mean its just so cool. And thank you for keeping Sub-Zero and Scorpion! There the best characters I think. I cant wait for the next Mortal Kombat to come out. I love the Kori Blade for Sub-Zero. It was so cool. And you can stick blades through people. Its so funny! And the moves are so funny for the trainer. Like he throughs up on you and farts in the middle of a attack. Lol. And the movie "Cooking With Scorpion" is so funny! I give it a thumbs up!

The game is set up fairly good and I enjoyed how the blood stays on the game. I did notice a few bad things such as not being able to walk off the plat form, because of this it lowers the realism but all and all its still bad ass to chop a mofo or stick a guy with a sword and it stays in him!!!!! (which slowly kills the guy in the battle) a fairly good touch if i might say so. but anyways the grapic and picture detail of the characters are very very elaborate i give it a 9.5 on graphics keep up the good work Midway. Furthermore if u like guys that fight with rythem and realistic blocking and punching ,this is your game!!! I think all players will enjoy it though if u dont mind the blood (it can be turned off) You can change your fighting styles and equip your weapon durning the fight which is pretty tight so make sure u dont just give up if you are about to die you can always pull out if u have good reflexs like a real life match. The sound was pretty amazing and kept up with what i exspected. Gameplay is very good with the controls so i find that you will have no problem kicking some ass.

Where do i start?? Wheres the run button, wheres the anamalities,brutalities, babalities, wheres smoke, wheres all there moves?????
They took the only fun fighting game left and made it another teken! I hope Ed Boon realises what he's done, two special moves each player, come on what he hell is that. I'm very dissaponted, the only good thing to come out of deadly alliance is the classic TEST YOUR MIGHT segment, other then that its TEKEN. The only thing that make this right is if they make a public apology. I don't know what else to write just NOT HAPPY JAN. Lets talk about the characters, RAYDEN: No back back forwad move, JAX: No back breaker, SUB-ZERO: No slide, SMOKE: No SMOKE how can ya have a mortal kombat with no smoke, noobasaibot (Bad Spelling) wheres noobasaibot, no montaro, no goro, no night wolf man there no goodies, and who's this blind guy??? dont bring in more players just bring back the oldies.. If you agree or dissagree let me know write to me and give your opinion, i'll be waiting for the next one hopefully it will be worth the couple years wait. thanks for reading

This game is tight n all. but it doesnt compare to MK3 anhialation (HOwever u spell it). this game would be so much better with more then 1 fatality per peson. and why dont they have the greatest characters ever. Nightwolf, Ermac, Noob SAibot, and Barraca from MK2. Great graphics but not the greatest of all game. I also miss fatalities, Babalities, Pts, Friendships, Brutalities, and of course my favorite - Mercy to Animality from MK3. WEEEEEEEEEEEEE still people if u dont have this game u should get it because of the graphics. IT might take a while to get used to if ur like me and played lot of mk3 anhialation. Lui KAng is dead in this game which isnt cool. THe fatalities in this game look better then the ones froom old game but it sucks cuz every1 player only has 1 and also there arnt that many moves a player can do. For X-Box i belive its best fighting game out so far but DOA3 come very close. Ok i dont kno wwhat else to write to make this 200 words but KABAL in MK3 had the best fatality when he took his mask off :) and scared the sh it of the eprson they were fighting

like most mk fans iv been with the series ever scince the begging and this is by far the best. im glad to see that its not the same ol mk game but that theyv made the story line seem realistic in a mk way and that the kharicter roster has changed a lil and isnt the same amount. its nice to see the good guys lose sumtimes. i also love the 3 fighting styles thing, i my self take escrima, kali sticks, and tea kwon do and its nice to see real styles being incorperated. the fakt they inkluded the forms of some of the kharicters was great and they really did represent the real styles very well. this game has great replay value n me n my friends never get bored with it. i also liked the way the kontrols were set up. there not to easy but not to hard. the only thing i had a lil problem with was the graphiks, while they arnt the worst they kud hav been better(like the graphics in doa3 )but theyr easily barable. it was also kool thta they had alot of kool stuff in the krypt. well over all the game is great but a lil tweek in the graphics wus hav made the game even better. 1

Ok, Here I will start from the top. Mortal kombat attracted me for one reason and one only and that is deaths such as stage deaths and fatality's and also animalitys, although some people like friendships and babealitys there not really for me, but they gave the game charater and put it into its own relm of games, also the game is missing a few details such as shang soun cant transform into the other players any more and no lui cain this just isnt the same mortal kombat that I first played or grew to love. I must say. I do not have faith in mid-way's abilitys to be creative in the art of death and entertainment well i dont really know what else to say even though the graphics were ok but what do you expect ps2 and xbox format for god sakes all xbox and playstation 2 games look just as good well almost all of them {exmp. devil may cry} well any way as i was saying this game is good for players that havent played mortal kombat but for some of us that have followed it threw its history this is one of the lesser {nothing new to mortal kombats deaths}Rule on.....

MKDA is really good, but yes lets face it the game needs more fatallilys (I can't spell so good sorry). Babalities, and anamalitlys ect... Thought the graphics were great. I also like the Konquest. That helped me alot. I also like the Krypt also. But wow so many koffens and alot of them have nothing in them at all. What I can't beleave is how long it took to beat the game. It is really short. I mean it took me only ten to twelve hours to complete the game. That means unlocking all the koffens in the Krypt, seeing all the endings, and fighting with everyone with all the levels. The music is really really really good. It is a shame that there are no stage fatalies but oh well. I also really like the fact the all the characters have different fighiting styles. The weapons are so cool. Impaleing is a good way to kill some one. I also like the mini games such as "Test your Sight". I always win. The new characters are nice.So as the game is short you will probably be better off jst renting it at a store. All in all Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance is a good game.

I've enjoying the past Mortal Kombat's more than this! I can't beleive only from 9-18 characters! Where's Mileena, Jade, Smoke, Kabal,Kintaro, and etc.?! Also Bo' Rai Cho is annoying, Reptile looks like godzilla, and Lu Kang is dead! Plus well I like the Krypt and old min-games from Mortal Kombat 1,2,etc. but the Konquest well it's annoying.I also note that there are so many koffins yet so little characters. But I'll keep playing this game even though me getting the lousy Nitara for a stinkin' 6500 saphirres won't help I'll still play. Maybe... Oh and here's some info, koffins UH,KI,IV,and UR each have characters! UH=RAIDEN/KI=KITANA/IV=FROST/AND UR=NITARA/ I think there should be a game called Mortal Kombat Supreme Extreme where there are new and ALL of the old ones(old meaning past games not stupid age) and more fatalities. I mean 1 fatality per person?! PLEASE! Kano's fatality is so superbly... pethedic. Look I'm a girl and I love the liveness practicly non-animated blood, people, and graphics but some fatalities deserve less and a lot need MORE!

Ok crap is probably a bit harsh, but Midway have done a hell of a lot better than this in the past. I like the increased gore, a factor that most MK fans buy the game for, but we also liked the fun elements of the game. Babalities, animalities, the ablity to impale your foes on a pit of spikes and wash them away in a warm acid bath were all parts of the old games that made gamers run out to tell their freinds about. Finding out that your mate managed to make Sub Zero freeze and smash his oponents to peices as well as ripping out his spine were what made the game stand out from the rest. Two fatalities are better than one! Yes the graphics are good and yes it plays well but I think Midway have tried to hard to make an impression with this one and in doing so have lost all the originality and fun of the old MK. So a disapointing four from me. Save your money, dig out your old console and stick to the original while you wait for the next attempt and hopefully you wont be dissapointed next time. Bring back Lu Kang and his Dragon animality!!!

this game is so kool. it may not have as much as the other MK games but so wot. its still mortal kombat. the greatest fighting games of all time. any1 who says that MK will die off because of not having lots of finishing moves r wrong. any true mortal kombat fan will tell you that the reason MK was so good was because of its style, not its fatalities. yes they were excellent additions but r they the only reason most people liked MK. no they r not. this mortal kombat is just as good as any other MK game in the series. the combos are kool and a lot of them r hard to time perfectly but hey so wot nothins perfect. besides there are a lot of other combos that are easier 2 pull off. master them first then try the harder ones. the graphics r sweet. the hairflow is the smoothest ive seen yet. interactive arenas were a good addition as well. killin liu kang was not the best idea ever but evrythin changes. the only bad thing i can say is that there r not enough characters. bring back the ninjas. all of them.

Hey I love this game and I just got it!!!It has very good graphics, 3D effects, bloody action, hitting techniques, also back round music. It is totally awesome think everybody who plays Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance (MKDA) should be amazed by all its details. MKDA is the best game I ever played and my whole eternity. It is much better than the old Mortal Kombat I played! I love the characters, they are so powerful! I will conquer all their powers...I hope. Then the weapons.... don’t even get me started! They are totally cool! I want to unlock all the players and see all of their weapons. Man...I don't know what else to say...I mean.... it is really very great game! I am not kidding about this game. If you don't have one I suggest you get your body at the game store! I am sure they will have at least one (unless it is all out)! This game should be at the top of on every game list! You can even get a profile of your own! Also if you make a profile you can even get a code to protect anybody from getting in to your profile, it’s so cool:)

This is the first mk game i have ever owned, mainly i havent ever had interest with mk but when i visited the site i thought forget metroid prime im getting this the only other fighter game that even get near this is that of super smash brothers melee and i think this is better. I gave this game a 8 because its missing a few things. The first thing is that if the endings were movies(not speechs) i would raise it to bout 9.2. The second thing is that the fatalities are LAME, i mean very lame there has not been one good one i think the graphics of the fatalities arent at there best and what they do are very crap. The story is what interested me the most and with the endings i love it even more. The characters arent all balanced evenly because some characters have less special moves which does not give them as good chance to fight but overall the characters are balanced enough. Finally the graphics in the game are sharp and very nice the blood is a bit over the top but i guess thats what mk is for ill look forward to the release of mk6.

Ok. Bought this game on the release date as I've done with all previous MK games. While it is a great fighting game, it just isn't a MK game anymore (my opinion) The three fighting style thing is a great idea but the basic MK moves: Uppercut, roundhouse, flips, flykicks, etc don't exist. While it can be seen that alot of effort went into some characters (Scorp, Sub, Frost, Kenshi, etc), it can also be seen that less went into others (Hso Hao, Drahmin, etc) makes me sick to even look at those characters. Enough has been said of the sad (and lack of) fatalities. Sadly MK is just becoming yet another fighting game with a little more blood than the rest. And of course has great graphics and sound, all new games do and that doesnt make it a good game, very disapointed compared to earilier MK's. While I'm at it I'll bitch about the boss(s) MK1,2,3 had a unique FINALL boss that wasn't playable what is going on?? Yes Quan-Chi and Shang-Tsung are evil characters but are they bosses? NO. There should be someone unique as boss... slack.

Well I think mortal kombat deadly alliance is a great game especially the graphics never the lest mk deadly alliance
disappointed me because there are only one fatality per character when I first got mk deadly alliance and toys are us and couldn't wait to get home and open up that can of you know what on my brothers but when I got the concept of the game new frighting styles and couldn't get real brutal at the end I was disappointed and the worst of all my best character was murdered
and me and lu kain with way back to part one with the cart wil upercutt but okay I could've lived with thatbut only one fatality per character that gave me little enthesium about it
I just fell it doesn't fit the past mk games like mk4 and down
I really think the game is good because now it has the konquest and the krypt but the fatalities aren't very exciting over all the game is very good with the fighting styles and new looks for characters like raiden and I respect midway creativity but the game just wasn't what I thought it would be

its truly a great game but not as good as final fantasy or splinter cell. lu kang dieing and shao kahn it could give the next mortal combat game a twist like unlock lu kang/shao kahn ghost or spirit. i was extremely disapointed with the amount of charecters i mean wheres smoke wheres jade wheres emrac u would have heard all these charecters if u had trilogy. i was disapointed with fatalities theres gotta be more. and if u put fatalities like the one on deadly alliance put fatalities on a moves list cos i only know shang tsung. and the fatalities should be more exciting like not just pulling a head off theres gotta be better like slicing em and dicing into little squares. and i had an idea put another fighting style animals like scorpian fighting as the animal scorpian each fighting style should have its own fighting style. 7 stars is the best i can give it never give a game 10 stars cos it can always improve. i think an rpg version would improve its population and sales and gameplay.

This was the first Mortal Kombat that I decided to purchase since Mortal Kombat 2 hit the SNES. At first, I was a little let down. Only one fatality? No level fatalities? What in the hell? The style felt strange and foreing.
I soon grew acustomed to it, and since then have even become quiet fond of it. Every character has 3 different fighting styles, with different moves and combo's. There are 3 different types of games you can play, and they even brought back the mini games like test your might (and now test your sight, you should see the blind character do this, its hilarious!)
The Krypt is the icing on the cake. Ive spend hours unlocking characters, levels, art, videos, and old mortal kombat stuff. There are over 600 things to unlock!
The graphics, levels, and storline are all great. Replay value seems high, though Ive only had the game for about 4 months now.
The only thing that this game needs is more fatalities. Thats a Mortal Kombat trademark.

I picked up my copy of MK:DA over a month ago, and have hardly put it down since. The overall improvement of graphics in clothing and hair movement(among other things on certain characters) is revolutionary for the entire fighting genre. The gameplay itself is flawless in every way, excellent combos and style branching are just icing on the cake. The Konquest mode offers a great break for those tired of arcade mode, and offers enough challenge to keep you interested for a long time. The Krypt adds to the excitement by offering just a touch of mystery to this title. I could go on for hours raving on the things I enjoyed, and there is only one thing I can honestly say I hated about the game. Quan Chi's fatality, I mean the guy is supposed to be a powerfull sorceror, you think the designers could have come up with something a little more gorey. Regardless the game gets a perfect 10 from me, and I recommend everyone go out and at least rent it, if not actually buy it.

Mortal Kombat is back!!!!! I've been a hardcore MK fan since game 1, and I must say I was really impressed with the graphics and gameplay of Deadly Alliance. A whole new level of Mortal Kombat, it is far more darker and realistic than the previous MK games. I couldn't believe they had the guts to kill off my favorite character, Liu Kang. I thought Liu Kang's death was different in a good way. Of course there are a couple of setbacks like 1 fatality per character, no stage fatalities, Quan Chi's pointless fatality...and I was kind of disappointed with the Krypt because most of the time you wasted koins on a picture...I was pleased with the Konquest Mode because it was a good way to teach people how to use the 3 different fighting styles of the characters, which I love about the game! Mostly Kool characters. The storyline is excellent, I possibly wouldn't have been able to come up with a better Mortal Kombat game myself...Keep up the good work Midway!!!

Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance is a real top game. Graphic perfection, good story and most important: The perfection of the moves and fighting styles and the violence of course. I have spend months playing MK Deadly Alliance and the only thing I want is getting better and better and better. I have at least 100 victorys in a row with Sub-Zero my favorite character(no kidding) and still I am busy to get better, I want to become unbeatable. Scorpion an Quan Chi are also characters I like, because of Scorpions awesome moves and Quan Chi's extreme brutality. Only the not classic characters like Mavado, Li mei, Nitara, Dramhin, Hsu Hao have to piss of and especially Bo Rai Cho (piece of $#< remove me > at !). How dares he to call himself a master. They annoy me, they aren't worth fighting in a tournament like Mortal Kombat. So it is my pleasure to kick their ass and ripp their skeleton out of their bodies. But no offense, MK is still the nr.1 for me.
