NBA LIVE 2003...totally amazing |

Well, this game is probably one of the best games ever made. It keeps me wanting to play forever and I don't get bored or anything. The franchise is great. I can trade players and create my own superstar. The computer is fun to challenge, especially the high levels. The graphics are so realistic and clear, the animation are good and gameplay is perfect. Full control of the game and the jerseys- some look insane and some are nice. But there are too many blocks I guess. I don't think anyone can block so well. Making a player is really fun to me, like you can change his appearance, name, body, ratings and all. Yeah I can't deny it. NBA Live 2003 is one crazy, fun and addictive game. Gets me stuck on the computer for 3 hours, editing players and playing games. My favorite team's the Seattle Supersonics! Haha!

The dunks are great... the moves are great.. but what makes it better than the rest has definitely got to be the freestyle control... i don't see any other way to make dribbling more fun... it's the best idea since the game of basketball itself...

nba live is the BEST!!!!!!! i love the graphics and that freestyle control has it made. this game is the bomb. the graphics are the best and the players look exactly like they do in real life!!! i made my own player and he rocks the house i hope all of the nba lives are this good.....

I got 2 words for ya... NBA 2K3. The gameplay is much better and there are no cheesy in between animations. Also the AI is much better. Where's the franchise mode?

nba live has it all. i love playing the seasons and making the frachise. the music goes really god along with the graphics. the best part is the 1 on 1 and practice modes. i love the different kinds of slam dunks. another good part i like is the freestyle control. this game is amazing

This game got da looks da style and da dunks. I had NBA2k3 but i exchanged it for this game. NBA2k3 was whack. What i liked best is the Throwback Jerseys dey have for every team. I enjoy dis game and so far i haven't gotten bored of dis game !

NBA LIVE 2003 has the best graphics, sounds, dunks and everything else a basketball game needs! It's one of the few games that makes you actually want to watch the replays. The only downside to this otherwise perfect game would be the ally-oops. It could sometimes take two minutes to even get a guy in the right spot to pass the ball. I would reccomend any basketball fan to buy this wonderful game!

NBA Live 2003 is off the hook. The free-style dribblin mode is crazy awsume! NBA 2k3, what , it dosn't compare to NBA Live 2003.NBA 2003 is utterly flawless in every aspect other than the cut-seens.Although, some-times they look sweet when they make sense within the game.What is that one guy talkin about, alley-oops are easily connected on fast-breaks. Inclosing I'd just like to say if you don't own NBA Live 2003 sprint to purchase it! Now (or drive it could be faster)! P.S.~If you own NBA 2k3 run swap it for NBA Live 2003!

This game is so awesome. You can be all the greats from the 50's, 60's,70's, 80's, and 90's. Its aweosme how u can play one on one or even practice. I love this game. i also love how u can do a fatasy draft. You can pick your own team based on who you want or need. SCREW FLANDERS

This hoops game is the sh*t, I love the fact that i can put my new era laker team in the 50's era uniforms, the only thing is the blocks, I believe Marcus Camby had 22 blocks one game against Shaq, YEAH RIGHT. And the franchise mode should be a little more like Madden 2003, were you can sign players before they become free agents, and were you can trade draft picks. However the computer will actually give you a game, and your teams play in spurts, not like in past games were having no talent didnt matter, NBA live 2003 is great, I can't wait for Live 2004.

This game is off the meters.The graphics are so realistic.One thing I like about live 2003 is the damn dunks.And the music is great from the top rappers.Those crossovers will break yo ankles.And guess what vince carter is going to be on the cover of live 2004.

this game is a quality game and thats it. nba 2k3 is just a way better game overall. it has better game play similar to real basketball,better defense,smarter ai, and is just more realistic than nba live 2003. the only thing that 2003 has going for them is the freestyle contron, and the cheesy animations dont help either.

NBA Live only gets better each year! EA Sports really raised the bar this year for the competition. The teams are made to play as they do in the real NBA (Some do good running the floor, some do better slowing it down). They really did a great job with the controls and making the players smarter on both ends of the court! The only thing they should eliminate for 2004 is the "Blocks." They are a bit un-realistic. Other than that, I Love This Game!!!

NBA live is a tight ass game, it looks real... the teams play like they play on ESPN, EA sports did a good job dis year on Live 2003...me and my friends play dis game all da time and when i frist started to play i didnt know how to play and my friend new how, and finally i can win against him, then all da other basketball games, like NBA 2k3, NCAA march maddness..etc have all da same controls, so you dont have to keep memerizin' all tha controls...NBA Live 2003 kicks so < remove me > at $$

This game has to be the mother of all basketball games. The CPU players have become a lot smarter. I love the EA Sports control.
The only down side I can see is the blocking isn't too realistic. The rest of the game is great!! I especially like the fact thet you can creat/edit a person skill. So if like Tracy McGradey's shot improved over the off season then you can improve his shot on the game. The one thing besides the blocks that can make this game better is to come up with more creative dunks. Pluse hopefully in the next addition you can actually dunk on top of people. THANX EA Sports for such a fantastic game!!!!

NBA live is possibly one of the best games ever made,in my oppinon it is five times better than NBA 2k3. It has way better graphics,(and music)there is just a couple of things wrong. You can't block a dunk to save your life, the computer is too easy to beat, and everyone that is a "big dunker" does the same dunk, I mean come on Michael Finnly doing the same dunks as T-Mac! Oh yeah and as far as creating a player goes it's fantastic! Sure it could use a better selection of hair dues a tattoes but over all it's pretty good! I mean theres not many other games that let you even choose your own shoes! I almost forgot, it could use more cheats. And in conclusion it is just one of the best basketball games ever made, I dont think this game could get alot more better than it already is.

NBA live 2003 has the best graphics I ever seen in an animated game. It is sweet!!! great players great moves. The only thing bad about it is that they do the same things over and over again. I think the best part about it is the franchise because you can get any players you want in your team.NBA liveis the greatest game ever!!!

NBA live is so cool! I really like it!!! WHY?? The graphics are so lifelike! The announcers although sometimes repetitive are good. The gameplay is so cool! You dunk, shake off a defender with a hesitation move you can even shoot a three point shot in transition! The one-on-one is also good. You can play against the best players of all time like Michael Jordan. Of course I defeated him with my own self! The create-a-player is also amazing! you can create a superstar with details such as tatoos, headband, sleeve heck even the shoes look good!!!!
The best thing I liked about NBA Live 2003 is the Franchise mode! You can definitely build a good franchise team. The details are very good like trading players. You can't just trade Allen Iverson for a so-so player! The GM statement is also very good! You can balance your team! There are also retiring players, rookie draft, even a player's progress! I can't wait for the NBA Live 2004!!!!!!!

This game is the zenith of all NBA simulation games. It has a destinct fast pace and favors fast breaks. The game, however, lacks the control to properly execute defensive moves, but over achieves on its offensive arsenal. Of course this is my opinion, and this game may not be for you, but if you like high scoring, fast pace, and enjoy great visuals -I think you'll love this game!!!
