This one is definately not the greatest... | | The Ronnerman from Atl, GA says (7/Apr/2003): | I bought this game back in November when it was released, but b/c I had so many other new games to play I put this one off til now. It's really not that great. The graphics are superb, fantastic even, but not as good as the RE 1 remake that came out a whole year earlier. Sound is also great. No complaints there either. It plays just like all the other RE titles which a lot of ppl don't like, but I love it cuz that's what I'm used to. So it is also good. Even tho capcom tried a new 'partner system', it works well once you're used to it. So why is this game kinda sucky?
Here goes. ALL YOU DO IS SOLVE PUZZLES!! THAT SUCKS!! I've been playing now for about 5 hrs and killed maybe 15 zombies, or at least it feels that way. Cutscenes are few and far b/w so I have seen little of the fabled story line. It's like playing a full demo that doesn't tell you anything. (unlockables suck as well) The game consists of doing like 3 obscure, off-the-wall, non-obvious puzzles in a row, killing like 3 zombies, rinse, repeat. VERY boring. Also item management sucks the big fatty. You don't get item boxes. I've been using a strategy guide and the best that IT comes up with is leaving items in a common place you visit frequently. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A STUPID ITEM BOX!! At least you could go into a save room and have all your stuff there instead of spending 10 min running back to the main area to get a key that you didn't need til now. Even the official strategy guide doesn't tell you to do it any other way. Item boxes would take care of all that backtracking. Also who cares about Rebecca. She's cool and cute and voice acting is good, but she doesn't deserve to be the main character. She was just some secondary from the first RE. As far as prequels go, this one just doesn't do the job. It feels like Capcom just wanted to put out another RE title for a quick buck b/c Cube sales have not been stellar lately, and that's very sad. I will be trading this game in soon. To sum it up: No story. No killin' zombies. Too much back tracking. Too many and too frequent difficult puzzles. Not enough cut scenes. Crappy item management. I got all excited about this title b/c I've played and beat all RE's from the beginning...except for this one. It's so boring, I just can't play it long enough to finish it. Nintendo's future on the shelf next to my OTHER consoles rest wholy on Resident Evil 4, the return of Leon, and P.N.03. I'm in trouble if this is all Nintendo has to offer. If so, I want my $150 back.
| CAPCOM scores a '10' with Zero! | | Mark from Temecula, Ca USA says (4/Dec/2002): | As a fan of the series since its release in 1995, I say that this is the best of the new. While not attaining to the level of tension and yes, FEAR, found in the original game ( that off-key piano in the basement STILL sends chills up my spine ) it excells in playability and variety. At LAST, we can drop an object if we don't need it, and the geniuses at Capcom made it sooo easy to find those objects when needed. Of course, you'll more than likely have to fight your way past the myriad freaks of nature seeking to add you to the Food Chain to get that much-needed cache of ammo, or whatever, but that's all part of the strategy. Having two characters to control ( i.e., keep from being eaten ) at the same time adds to the tension. This is what I like about this series. These are not simply shoot-everything-in-sight-ask-questions-later games; you waste your ammo, you die in gruesome ways. No, you have to plan your moves: do I send Billy into the room first, who has greater strength but not as fast, or do I send Rebecca, lighter of frame but quicker on the draw? Or do I send them both in and have them blast their way out? Except for a few situations, these are your choices throughout the game. Whenever possible, depending on the character's health, I usually sent Billy in to take the edge off the threat, with Rebecca right behind him to help finish it off. This worked especially well with the zombies and the Marcus-Thing: Billy is able to toss them back further than Rebecca, giving you that much more time to line up your shots. And in a game like this, every second counts! The graphics just keep getting better, to the point where the characters now react to each other and the dangers much more realistically: you've just blasted your umpteenth zombie, and as you make your way past your character's head and eyes turn to check it, which is EXACTLY what I would do. If I could change anything about the game, I'd add more areas where a monster LEAPS out at you without warning, such as when you open a door. Like that great scene in RE2 where you walk down a corridor, and if you get too close to the boarded-up windows the zombies GRAB you through them! As in all the RE games, the graphic violence is PART of the story, NOT the object, meaning they don't make the scenes intensely bloody just to see how many parents they can get sick. Its a SURVIVAL game, against impossible odds. I'll be back for more!
| Too much or not enough? | | Jay from Topeka, KS, USA says (14/Apr/2003): | This game packs a tough punch; hitting the survival-horror fans with explosions, suspense and fight scenes to...die for?(and that’s just the opening video). Aside from the cheesy phrases, RE0 is an excellent compliment to the already famous RE title. As far as the graphics go, RE.0 goes punch-for punch with the best of ‘em. The weapons, the once living zombies—heck, even the small weed you so casually step on--look almost life-like (except for perhaps the zombies). There is really not much more you can say besides the fact that RE.0 placed second in the graphic category of all the games produced last year. Though there have been mixed feelings regarding the removal of the item boxes from the game, I for one will stand and support the decision to allow players to arbitrarily drop items where they please. I, for once, felt no stress when I would come across a key item with a full inventory; the new system also saved me large chunks of time by allowing me to leave items in easily accessible rooms. The only beef I have with RE.0 is the over-used plot of fighting your way out of a creepy mansion. Yes, I’m aware this is a prequel; but the only possible reason I can see for even considering to create this addition to the RE series is to completely suck it for all it’s worth. This is when you know that the quality a series once had is beginning to fade, and it’s a sad thing to see. I consider myself to be a close follower of the series and I was sure (up until this game) that I knew the whole story of the S.T.A.R.S team: there was no reason to deepen the story any farther. Lately gamers (myself included) have been asking themselves the question, “Can there actually be to much of a great thing?”. However, I have no shame in admitting that I was, and will continue to be, the first in line at the local Electronics Boutique waiting for my reserved copy of the newest RE game to come in. There are pages more I could write describing how I feel about the title itself and the series as a whole, but I’ll spare you the time and just say this. Resident Evil will continue to top selling charts for the simple reason that people like the bah-jeezus scared out of them and RE has out done all other competition in that category. Just as well, it helps that the living dead who are scaring the “bah-jeezus” out of you look nothing short of real.
| Please God, let CAPCOM let me fix the next RE game | | Mr. Extreme from Atlanta GA USA says (6/Aug/2003): | First, I love the RE series. I've beaten all the games and gotten all the special stuff for every game. This game is a lot better than Code Veronica which was silly, uninvolving, and not scary, but is nowhere near the apex of the series which is still RE2. All this history of umbrella crap, and who created what virus before what, I mean who cares about that stuff except for DR. Who fans. Keeping a story tied in to a series' past stories is a good thing but I mean really, each game is different, keep some nerdy elements in there for people who like that stuff, but progress the story please. The story ,or lack thereof, combined with the extremely poor dubbing, and just sloppy character/story execution make what could have been a classic game a pretty good game. Other complaints: illogical puzzles(without dying a lot and stumbling around various vague theories, there is'nt really a way to solve the chess puzzle through pure intelligence), the fact that Capcom still won't streamline the gameplay. I don't need to be asked if I wish to put something in the item elevator after I've called it. And I don't need to spend 15 seconds watching a box open and close after I've already sent it to do what I wanted it to. And I don't need to watch the door on the frickin' item elevator close AFTER I've gotten what I need from it. And the doors can open a little faster please, if it's a suspenseful situation, by all means create drama and open the door slower, but the GameCube hardware is capable of loading the next room's info a lot faster than the doors are moving. Also, the little pause every time you change camera angles, it drives me nuts when I'm seriously getting into the game. Capcom please listen! Create a streamlined game next time with an entertaining story and the rest will take care of itself. The game isn't that bad however, the partner system is great when you finally get used to it and the elimination of item boxes is terrific. The Leech Hunter is almost as much fun as the regular game and just about as deep. It's a pretty good game but it's not even close to RE2, on a supposedly better system. These games need to be advancing, not digressing. Story, atmosphere, suspense, and fun is this series' specialty. The story is mangled in this one, and the fun is hampered by repetitive, tedious gameplay elements.
| The best game of the year if not ever FOSHIZZLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! | | Zach Jakubowski from Parker,Colorado says (22/Dec/2003): | this game is awesome!!!!!!! it is such a thriller that once you pick it up you cant put it down unless your parents come at you with a crowbar and pry you loose. i got this game on christmas eve and when i got it i sad ill cya all later and i played it all nigt long and into the morning and when my sister came to wake me up and open presents i was already awake and almost beat the game on hard after beating it on easy and getting 100 leeches in the first 7 hours, but thats enough bout me.
now if ur a true blue RE fan then youll love this game and youll never get tired the graphics were awesom like ont he train you could see limbs swinging as the train barreled on into its destination and the characters/enemys were depicted perfectly like the costumes on billy and rebecca to the zombies and dogs with all the sores and cuts. the sounds were the best on the system and in the RE saga the eerie music matched the palce that you were in and the voice matching was almost perfect. the origanality of the game was of course awesome because its the prequil to the first game so its gotta b original also its the first game of the saga with coop play. the fun factor is money if ur a RE fan since the start you will not b able to get enough of the blowing off of heads of zombies or the great smell of gun powder in the morning. the life span of the game could have been lenghtened a little and i think that the magnum came to late in the game and there could have been more zombies to kill and less crows and dogs but more ZOMBIES!!!!! and no i dont think rebecca dies too eaisly but i do think billy is better than her but they are all good cuz they are in the best game ever. this is a must for RE fans who just want a overall great game that is awesom but if i could suggest that you wait till its like $20.00 or less cuz then you will not b angry bout you wasting $50.00 dollars if you dont like the game. all in all this is one of the best games ever and the RE saga is the best saga that they can ever make and i think capcom makes some of the best games ever
PEACE,
Zach Jakubowski
| Zero rocks and rolls. | | Kyle Golson from Dublin, OH USA says (2/Mar/2003): | Leave it to Capcom to make up a prequal that attempts to explains something else when the player already know what happened. Sometimes it works...and sometimes, well, just read on.
Getting down to the basis of it, Resident Evil:Zero does rock. The new gameplay features like the abolishing of the trunk make it seem like 'Real Survivor' mode on the first Resident Evil that could make you pull your hair out. This is countered by the fact that you drop your stuff any and everywhere you want, you just have to remember where you put it...and then hope you can still retrieve it without getting your head chewed off...literally. Capcom throws another wrench in the gameplay by having you control both players and keeping both of them alive in order to beat the game. This can make even veteran Resident Evil players trip over themselves for a couple of hours when they realize that some of the puzzles cannot be solved without the presence of the team member. Face it. The only primma donnas here in this game will be the dead ones.
The only real problems with this game so far is the graphics and the story line. The graphics in my mind seem a little grainier than Gamecubes first Resident Evil. And the story line in my mind still does little to clear up what the something or other happened before Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine arrived on the scene. Save for Bravo Team landing and somehow setting the stage for the original Resident Evil, the plot still seem somewhat patched together with duck tape, and sometimes that can be worse than having the team go on seperate mission altogther.
The game could have had a higher score, but there was some much Capcom could of done with the game, like link it with the first Resident Evil and if the games were played in order a gamer would be able to unlock all sort of secrets the game would have been hiding. Still, with all the secrets in contains now, an owner will be playing this game more than once.
Overall, Resident Evil:Zero in just as scary at the first one, and that's alright. It just could be more if one looks hard enough.

| Fresh Game made for RE gamers !! | | Philippe from Montreal, Canada says (20/Dec/2002): | THE GOOD: The graphic are pretty good, also the two caracters mode and the storyline. I really lked the fact that you can trade and drop an items whit both caracters. It makes it better than the others RE games. But in overall it is a pretty good games. I wish that Capcom will extend the serie after re-making the old RE game.
THE BAD: I think that there were a miss of monters. In the first RE, you were fighting against snakes, shark, plants, spiders, an unbeatable zombie (old lady) featuring the final boss. In RE0, the monsters are not that original from the previous games.. The thing I dislike the most is when you enter in an area and you hear the zombie walking and breathing whitout seeing it. They should put a view to see where he is because you walk a little bit and he jump on you !! I know it's a part of the game but...c'mon !! (it's alway been hard to control your caracter in a RE game) It stupid when your parther is not automaticaly swithing weapons after wasting all is ammo during a combats...
MY SUMMARY: For me, RE0 is really a solid survival horror update complete with beautiful graphics and a moody atmosphere.I think that RE0 is diffrent than the rest of the series. Why? surely because of the two characters mode. The second major addition is the ability to drop items whenever you want so you can imagine the freedom gained with this option. As usual, it's still scary... There are enough hidden goodies to keep coming back for more. The graphic are wonderfull, probably better than ever. The atmospheric is nicely done all around, Capcom uses silence at times to scare, which is brilliant.
| Play part 1 first! | | jmj from Kentland, Indiana, USA says (19/Feb/2003): | Ah, there are so many ups and downs to this game...where do I begin? No.1 nightmare: inventory. As I'm sure you all noticed, there is no civilized management in inventory to this game. You must leave them on the floor. And things like hookshot, shotgun, grenade launcher, etc, takes up roughly 1/3 of your inventory all together. If it weren't for the zapping system, I would lose my mind. The zapping system gives you the ability to switch between two characters, Billy and Rebecca, at any moment using the "x" button. You should really play part 1 first, to understand the story-line and acheive full effect of this game. If you don't know the story-line, a lot can be ruined. Luckily there were no zombies that could come alive again, all mean.:P. There seems to be an advantage on easy mode because there's an over-abundance of ammo right from the get-go. Real beginner's level is normal mode. Not to mention the fun and exciting secrets after the game...that's right, i said after...just freshen up on item-finding skills. Graphics are obviously top of the line here, so nuff said. The sound will make you shiver, so if you have it in stereos behind you, it'll make you turn around repeatedly to make sure there are no zombies. Gameplay: a little on the gory side, just how i like it! Unfortunately, this game will get very boring right after you beat it, unless you find new secrets in that dumb mini-game. Originality is all inside. If you comprehend the story-line as much as me, then huzzah to you! value: 9. Well, I think that's 200 words already. Over and out.
| Zombie-killing, weapon-bearing, hot-chick-viewing fun! | | Reina from Bitburg, Germany says (20/Jan/2003): | Resident Evil Zero rocks the GameCube console with an admirable barrage of monsters, weapons, movies, and leeches [yes, leeches].
Join S.T.A.R.S. med. officer Rebecca Chambers and escaped convict Billy Cohen as they are the first to live through the horror caused by the t-virus.
The game uncovers the roots of the Resident Evil origin and the creation of the nightmare. You are offered high-graphics, good surrounding, and, for the first time in RE history, co-operative playing. Yep, switch between Rebecca and Billy for more strategy and puzzle solving. PLus, it's really cool when you can hammer away at zombies with the hangun, and knowing that Billy's right behind you, letting shotgun rounds fly.
If the game has a weak-point, it's the bosses, enemies, minimum difficulty, and the ending. Many of the bosses and enemies are mutated animals [bats, monkeys, etc.], and it's just more appealing to gun down zombies than things you would normally find in the zoo. Another minus is the game's difficulty. Sure, 'medium' and 'hard' are a greater challenge, but I have a hunch that most people will be staying on the 'easy' setting.
The ending is good, nonetheless, and it is a happy one [spoiler alert!], but it just leaves you wanting more.
But, beating the game on harder levels will unlock better weapons and a bonus-game, so stay on your toes!
It's a great game, and it's puzzles are mostly logical and just require some memory and common sense. People who have intelligence will find this to be very enjoyable and forfilling.
| The Best! | | Mario Macpui from Honduras says (9/Jan/2003): | To be really honest at first I thought that this game was going to be wierd since you didn't count with an item box and controlling the 2 characters at once seemed kind of hard. That is all in the past now because now I believe that RE Zero is one of the best games around. It's graphics are just awesome and the story line really helps you understand the RE saga. The whole item box issue is no big deal since know you can leave items almost wherever you want, saving you lots of time and long walks to the item boxes. The fact that you can control both characters at the same time is what gives this game its edge. I mean all of us enjoy killing zombies, did you guys ever thought that you could shoot the magnum gun and the rocket launcher to a single zombie and watch how its head is blown off and its body is burning all at the same time. Plus the leeche hunter game is excellent. You are going to have hours of fun with this one, trying to get all the leeches and staying alive at once is pretty hard, but once you complete it it's very rewarding. That rank A infinite ammo prize is great for causing mayhem in the main game. Especially after you have unlocked the second magnum gun and both characters have the magnum gun at the same time. This game is just awesome, whether you buy the game or just rent it you are going to want to keep it. This is a solid 10 and as I said before is one of the best games around (to be sincere it's one of the best games to hit the Gamecube).
| Zero To Hero | | Sean Evans from Wales in the U.K. says (22/Apr/2003): | Wow it has finally apeared before us as i God wanted it to happen! Some people say it is to easy but heloooooooo! It has diferent modes! Duh! Are they just ignoring them? Well I live in Wales and here the Resident evil games on gamecube are well... Expensive! They cost 45 quid each which in american dollars is over 50 dollars. I was pretty tempted to get it on import but I did not to my displeasure because of my stupid parents not wanting to give their card numbers out on the internet. I feel so sad. After waiting, waiting and more waiting. Then it came and I bought it and put it in the console and wow, I was so shocked it was nothing I had saw before I was so happy. If any new resident evil gamer got every one on the playstation get a Gamecube it is worth the money even if you just get Resident evil zero for it and no other games.
Graphics: They are awsome, definately the best ones on the console! 10/10
Sound: The sound add a eerie feild of the game and are great! 10/10
Gameplay: I was just a tad disapointed with this, it could of been just a tad longer it provides around ten hours of gameplay. 9/10
Originality: Wow who could down this one! Nobody and if they did I would probaby end up showng them the cursed video off the ring! ZERO IS THE ORIGINAL! Originallity has a high factor of 10/10
Value: Worth every penny! Or im America Cent! (If you were wondering)
I am pretty confident that Resident Evil Zero will live up to its high quality name! Go on buy it!
| #1 scary game in the world to me | | A gamer from Miami, FL, USA says (30/May/2003): | It is so cool how you can change characters to solve some puzzles, like to get in the church, to get the valve, and to do so many other things. It is the game i have been waiting for. The game that makes you scared to be in the dark alone. The grafics rule the world. You can see so much. It is as if you were there in the game in real life. How the weapons look are awsome to. Seeing the gun when it is out of bullets is awsome just like real life. This game is also at a reasonable price just right at $49.99. This game may not be as hard as it's sequil but it is still a awsome game. How the humanoids form look awsome and how they explode looks cool to. Plus the mini game leech hunter is cool. Able to get Sub-Machine gun ammo, unlimated hand gun bullets, unlimated, hunting rifle,(ohh it is cool to blow of the zombies heads), Magnum Revolver,(My fav toy), and unlimated ammo every thing. Sure the leeches are hard to get but it is worht the fun in blowing off a zombies head. When Billy is moving you can see his hand cuffs moving just like in real life. Ihave seen many games but never one this great.(That is not counting the other resident evil remakes)
| Possibly the Best Game Ever Created! | | Chris from Cal, Sacramento says (21/Jan/2003): | When I first herd of the Resident Evil series I immediately thought of a science fiction horror game. Filled from head to toe with gore. Although I soon received the full picture, that it is a logic filled survival horror, with a kick. Zero is not an exception to brilliance. This game is a full glass of pure gaming joy, and then some. The Character zaping has been completely perfected. The game play is classic Resident Evil goodness. The graphics are crystal clear as well as the picture is rounded. The drama and genre suck you into the story line.
The realism makes you part of the game. The weapons are more realistic than ever, and the theory backs it up. The game packs enough extras to keep you coming back for more. Being an original tester, this games making me lose my sense of reality. The only thing I would change is the fact that once you start a file on a difficulty you can't change it. Well that is if I can't figure it out yet, by my i.Q that could be a reason. So If anyone knows how, please end my suffering and tell me. Well those are my comments on this perfect game. Keep up the good work Capcom and Nintendo.
| goodness gracious, great balls of fire... | | matthew from indianapolis, indiana, USA says (28/Dec/2003): | i got this game for christmas because i'm a really big RE fan. i've seen the movie, i hope the next one coming out soon will be good, i've played the games, but the only thing i have to say here is this. i came to this site looking for a good review to send my friend. but you people are all very negative towards the game. if you haven't got anything good to say about it.... don't say it at all. anyways.... i really like how smoothly the graphic drawling is in this game compared to the other games. it was magnificent. the sound effects and music was awesome. i also very much enjoyed how Capcom kept the moving from room to room sprite the same. you know, how when you open a door a door is shown and it opens. i also very much enjoyed how the backdrops were drawn. they were much better than RE:2 for N64. (i've played all possible RE games on N64). this game was a great gift and i appreciate all the hard work Capcom put into it. there are a few "software bugs", but i'll accept that, as the game was made by humans [we are not perfect]. it's a great game and i'd recommend it to anyone! :-)
| This game Is madd sweet!! | | A gamer from Nep,USA says (29/Dec/2002): | I had just started playing resident evil when it had just come out for the 'cube. The first outing of re was definitly on of the best. After a weekend rental which scared the doodoo out of me i decided to save up my pennies to buy it. I now just bought re0 about two weeks ago and i just have to say one thing mmmmwwwaaahh! it is perfecto. The dude with the soprano voice has an evil vibe to him but his reason for revenge seems sort of noble.I just got to the second disk and the was the first dissapointment i found: the first disk was too short. hopefully the second disk will be longer. the graphics..mama mia! Billy's hair looks like he just took a shower and gelled it down. Rebecca gotta big 'ol butt! The scary surprises weren't as numerous as in the 'cube's re first outing. When i walked past that window in the hall in the first one i peed my pants. when the crows popped out of the window in re0 i noticed a pause in the game which ruined that experience. But beside's that it was real good. If your looking for a mind bending survivor game re0 will give you what you want.
| BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!!!! | | Justin from Pittsburgh says (27/Nov/2002): | This game was the sweetest resident evil yet. The storyline explains a lot about how the virus was started. The graphics are just incredible. The controls could use a little work but with the greatness of this game WHO CARES!!!! The storyline was the greatest out of all the Resident Evil's. The two player game mode was the best idea I thought. I would have rated this game a higher score than 10 but it wouldn't let me. This game can be played over and over again because it was so awesome!!! The sound was the greatest the music is really scary. I am 18 and this games still scares me. This game will keep you on your feet and playing for at least a month. If everyone in the world had a Gamecube then everyone in the world would need this game. Since everyone doesn't I advise everyone who does to get this game. If it doesn't scare the crap out of you then you are a really hard person to scare. Play it and I guarantee you'll jump at least ten times throughout the whole game. If you have a Gamecube and don't own this game then get with the program and go get it NOW!!!
| one of THE best resident evil ever made | | chad D from USA says (12/Feb/2003): | This game is awesome, forget the original resident evil’s on the ps1. This game beats the originals hands down. The only thing I did not like were the limited amount of slots you had. If at least one of the charters could hold 8 items it would be much easer to carry items and ammo. Another thing was, WHERE WERE THE ^%*& ITEM BOXES!!! I would rather use an item box than to leave the freckin items on the frecken ground. Yet another thing, Rebecca can be killed way way to easily.
One the bright side the graphics are awesome in every single way, the only comparison is the first resident evil for game cube. The Fact that the two charters must work together is a very good idea for this game. They should use the system of game play in future resident evils.
I would like to recommend this game to those who heard of the game but never played before. If it weren’t for the item boxes missing in the game I would have rated this a 10, but I just give this an 8 out of 10. Thank you for yet another wonderful game. Capcom, keep up the good work.
| Resident Evil Zero | | Dangermouse from Boston, MA says (19/Nov/2002): | I Just Finished Resident Evil Zero and I gotta' tell ya', As unhappy as I am to admit this, it wasen't as good as I thought it's be.... The story-line anyway. The graphics and gameplay were nothing short of spectacular, what one could only expect from Capcom's long awaited prequel. (as it weren't enough that "Ayumi Hamasaki", japan's britteny Spears ((http://home.no.net/ayumi/index.htm)) modeled for the lead roll as Rebecca chambers. I won't spoil it for the people who haven't palyed it yet, and it was in no means a waist of money, I just though they would go deeper into Umberella's origin. I enjoyed the ability to play two characters at once, it actually worked out really well. The game's longer than the first three but it seemed a little to easy for me and I'm not that good ar RE games. But if your looking for gameplay, graphics, plot twists and allot more undead to kill, this game's all you'l need!! ********1/2
| Expert ~RE` player so for u experts here is my review | | Chad from Indiana,USA says (21/Jan/2003): | A+ on the graphics really good texturing and shading.
B+ on the controls because we all know its hard getting used to gamecube controls that are a big difference from playstations.
B on the the camera angles yes they still are near the same as they always was but now some cameras actually pan with the characters which is really good.
A+ on the story line dont think they could have done a better job.
A+ on the creatures and zombies which by the way are stunning in detail has to be the best RE enemies ive seen yet.
Also added in this new RE is dual game play which allows u to us 2 characters at the same time.(Characters also can use comunication commands compared to "The Thing")
Only bad thing about RE zero is that u cant carry as many items as u once could which would have made it better if u had atleast 2 more slots.
Overall i give Resident Evil Zero a 10 outta 10 Good Work capcom.
| Good but could do better | | Corey D from Cheektowaga New York says (20/Dec/2002): | I have just got this game today and i already have been stumped...i think the game is just awsome but i think it could be improved allot...for example you should be able to carry more items and boxes and ithems like that should blow up when u shoot them... I like how they give you clues but they r not enough if u buy this game u should get the guide for it...the graphics are awsome,i dont think they could have done a better job...when u shoot an enemy the blood should stay on the floor or stain the wall, as we all kno all R.E. games are scary as hell i have not been frightened that much but i still have allot of the game to get through... my friends have banned R.E. games frm their systems cause of the difficultie, graphic distortian, and the scary-ness,in resident evil nemis returns(i think) nemis blasts through the walls and that was scary... I cant wait for more R.E. games to come out
