Finally it is all explained in detail and how it happened. The suspense of this game is brilliant you always wonder what will happen next is there a zombie lerking around the next corner.The sounds the graphics and thegameplay make this game almost seem like it was real and that you are actually Rebecca or Billy. If your new to resident evil the easy mode won't disappoint you with a nice ride to the end of the game, but if your an expert like me you should try hard mode to to get your brain working. As you have probably heard there is a new character-zapping system which allows you to be Rebecca or Billy at any time I personnally thought this was a great idea because i have most enjoyed taking control of two people at the same time.
If you a resident evil die hard you love this game to bits and if your a newy lock the doors turn off the lights and prepered to be scared *&^*^$< remove me > at < remove me > at .

Wow it has finally apeared before us as i God wanted it to happen! Some people say it is to easy but heloooooooo! It has diferent modes! Duh! Are they just ignoring them? Well I live in Wales and here the Resident evil games on gamecube are well... Expensive! They cost 45 quid each which in american dollars is over 50 dollars. I was pretty tempted to get it on import but I did not to my displeasure because of my stupid parents not wanting to give their card numbers out on the internet. I feel so sad. After waiting, waiting and more waiting. Then it came and I bought it and put it in the console and wow, I was so shocked it was nothing I had saw before I was so happy. If any new resident evil gamer got every one on the playstation get a Gamecube it is worth the money even if you just get Resident evil zero for it and no other games.
Graphics: They are awsome, definately the best ones on the console! 10/10
Sound: The sound add a eerie feild of the game and are great! 10/10
Gameplay: I was just a tad disapointed with this, it could of been just a tad longer it provides around ten hours of gameplay. 9/10
Originality: Wow who could down this one! Nobody and if they did I would probaby end up showng them the cursed video off the ring! ZERO IS THE ORIGINAL! Originallity has a high factor of 10/10
Value: Worth every penny! Or im America Cent! (If you were wondering)
I am pretty confident that Resident Evil Zero will live up to its high quality name! Go on buy it!

People who say this game is easy are not playing it right. Take advantage of the different modes. You can switch between characters. This has never been done on RE before and by god it works. Its the most entertaing game out there. It means that the game now lasts nearly 11 hours.Can you get sick of it. NO. There is lots of pussels, killing and because of the lush graphics of the locations and people you cant put the damn thing away. You wanna keep going and gasp at how real the game looks. when you get into it its very addictive. The word scary is not here. The word terror takes over people who have week stomachs shoud go play pikmin coz this is pure terror. The zombies look more real than ever. Its safe to say This game is spare under pants time for the week hearted. %100 amazing

Gorgeous graphics, genuinely spooky, atmospheric sounds, and fine gameplay to boot, make this yet another unmissable chapter in the resident evil series! Zombies and monsters look fantastic, the lighting effects add to the suspense of the game, and the puzzles are clever, although sometimes annoying. The only downer is the new way of storing items, ANYWHERE!! it can prove a pain to locate something you dropped earlier! That aside, go and buy this game, and relive the nightmare of resident evil!

The graphics are really cool and the playability is awsome.The lifespan is cool because,if you have to you can have more chances to recover.Like the first time I first saw this game I thought it was going to be a complete no-brainer but when I played it,I was speechless!I'll say ,this is the greatest game in the Resident Evil saga!

It is so cool how you can change characters to solve some puzzles, like to get in the church, to get the valve, and to do so many other things. It is the game i have been waiting for. The game that makes you scared to be in the dark alone. The grafics rule the world. You can see so much. It is as if you were there in the game in real life. How the weapons look are awsome to. Seeing the gun when it is out of bullets is awsome just like real life. This game is also at a reasonable price just right at $49.99. This game may not be as hard as it's sequil but it is still a awsome game. How the humanoids form look awsome and how they explode looks cool to. Plus the mini game leech hunter is cool. Able to get Sub-Machine gun ammo, unlimated hand gun bullets, unlimated, hunting rifle,(ohh it is cool to blow of the zombies heads), Magnum Revolver,(My fav toy), and unlimated ammo every thing. Sure the leeches are hard to get but it is worht the fun in blowing off a zombies head. When Billy is moving you can see his hand cuffs moving just like in real life. Ihave seen many games but never one this great.(That is not counting the other resident evil remakes)

I bought my copy a day ago and i must say it is a very challanging game, some of the enemy's are really hard to pin down. They have improved on the zomibies since RECVX and have also included a sinester turn where more than one villan is depcited. The Train and Training Facility really make you feel isloated. The marcus boss and the tyrant are really hard. I was up all night playing this rocking Game. It really blows away the compition.

Ok I didn't like this game because I couldnt find the damn Magnetic Card and the power kept going out when I was playing! I like the game because I have so much fun making my friends scream while I play. The graphics were great, sounds almost perfect, gameplay great, lifespan was okay but i didnt like how you couldn't use the red herb by its slef but over all it is a very awesome game and I will play it more as long as I know how too!

yo this game is hot if i didnt scare myself i made my whole family crap their pants and one of my cuzins use to never like resident evil and now he loves it. i'll tell u right now im not even done with the game and i love it. i need to beat it and get Resident evil dead aim. I HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!! I gave the game an 8 an im not even done wit it. lol

Billy is the most hottest guy that I have seen in years... Expecally on the train, I havent finished it yet but I have been playing it non stop I like it cause its hard and hes really hot. Anyways, he just has a cool theme to him and his smart words are just so awsome, I hope that make Resident Evil Zero 2, it could happen, like something that happend that they did not tell us

First, I love the RE series. I've beaten all the games and gotten all the special stuff for every game. This game is a lot better than Code Veronica which was silly,uninvolving, and not scary, but is nowhere near the apex of the series which is still RE2. All this history of umbrella crap, and who created what virus before what, I mean who cares about that stuff except for DR. Who fans. Keeping a story tied in to a series' past stories is a good thing but I mean really, each game is different, keep some nerdy elements in there for people who like that stuff, but progress the story please. The story ,or lack thereof, combined with the extremely poor dubbing, and just sloppy character/story execution make what could have been a classic game a pretty good game. Other complaints: illogical puzzles(without dying a lot and stumbling around various vague theories, there is'nt really a way to solve the chess puzzle through pure intelligence), the fact that Capcom still won't streamline the gameplay. I don't need to be asked if I wish to put something in the item elevator after I've called it. And I don't need to spend 15 seconds watching a box open and close after I've already sent it to do what I wanted it to. And I don't need to watch the door on the frickin' item elevator close AFTER I've gotten what I need from it. And the doors can open a little faster please, if it's a suspenseful situation, by all means create drama and open the door slower, but the GameCube hardware is capable of loading the next room's info a lot faster than the doors are moving. Also, the little pause every time you change camera angles, it drives me nuts when I'm seriously getting into the game. Capcom please listen! Create a streamlined game next time with an entertaining story and the rest will take care of itself. The game isn't that bad however, the partner system is great when you finally get used to it and the elimination of item boxes is terrific. The Leech Hunter is almost as much fun as the regular game and just about as deep. It's a pretty good game but it's not even close to RE2, on a supposedly better system. These games need to be advancing, not digressing. Story, atmosphere, suspense, and fun is this series' specialty. The story is mangled in this one, and the fun is hampered by repetitive, tedious gameplay elements.

I bought this game back in November when it was released, but b/c I had so many other new games to play I put this one off til now. It's really not that great. The graphics are superb, fantastic even, but not as good as the RE 1 remake that came out a whole year earlier. Sound is also great. No complaints there either. It plays just like all the other RE titles which a lot of ppl don't like, but I love it cuz that's what I'm used to. So it is also good. Even tho capcom tried a new 'partner system', it works well once you're used to it. So why is this game kinda sucky?
Here goes. ALL YOU DO IS SOLVE PUZZLES!! THAT SUCKS!! I've been playing now for about 5 hrs and killed maybe 15 zombies, or at least it feels that way. Cutscenes are few and far b/w so I have seen little of the fabled story line. It's like playing a full demo that doesn't tell you anything. (unlockables suck as well) The game consists of doing like 3 obscure, off-the-wall, non-obvious puzzles in a row, killing like 3 zombies, rinse, repeat. VERY boring. Also item management sucks the big fatty. You don't get item boxes. I've been using a strategy guide and the best that IT comes up with is leaving items in a common place you visit frequently. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A STUPID ITEM BOX!! At least you could go into a save room and have all your stuff there instead of spending 10 min running back to the main area to get a key that you didn't need til now. Even the official strategy guide doesn't tell you to do it any other way. Item boxes would take care of all that backtracking. Also who cares about Rebecca. She's cool and cute and voice acting is good, but she doesn't deserve to be the main character. She was just some secondary from the first RE. As far as prequels go, this one just doesn't do the job. It feels like Capcom just wanted to put out another RE title for a quick buck b/c Cube sales have not been stellar lately, and that's very sad. I will be trading this game in soon. To sum it up: No story. No killin' zombies. Too much back tracking. Too many and too frequent difficult puzzles. Not enough cut scenes. Crappy item management. I got all excited about this title b/c I've played and beat all RE's from the beginning...except for this one. It's so boring, I just can't play it long enough to finish it. Nintendo's future on the shelf next to my OTHER consoles rest wholy on Resident Evil 4, the return of Leon, and P.N.03. I'm in trouble if this is all Nintendo has to offer. If so, I want my $150 back.

The story line is stupid, the buddy system is horrible! There arent enough guns or places to go. REbbeca Chambers is one of the worst characters to come along in a game because she dies too easily. The graphics are nice though.

ok first is the game was way to easy and the puzzles were really easy. i have played all of the RE games and this game isnt as good as RE and RE2 i mean it is funner and better then 3 but capcom could of done more with this game the story was cool being able to use two people at the sametime is cool but like i said it was to easy i mean i beat the game in 3 hours on normal i mean whats up with that

this game is awesome!!!!!!! it is such a thriller that once you pick it up you cant put it down unless your parents come at you with a crowbar and pry you loose. i got this game on christmas eve and when i got it i sad ill cya all later and i played it all nigt long and into the morning and when my sister came to wake me up and open presents i was already awake and almost beat the game on hard after beating it on easy and getting 100 leeches in the first 7 hours, but thats enough bout me.
now if ur a true blue RE fan then youll love this game and youll never get tired the graphics were awesom like ont he train you could see limbs swinging as the train barreled on into its destination and the characters/enemys were depicted perfectly like the costumes on billy and rebecca to the zombies and dogs with all the sores and cuts. the sounds were the best on the system and in the RE saga the eerie music matched the palce that you were in and the voice matching was almost perfect. the origanality of the game was of course awesome because its the prequil to the first game so its gotta b original also its the first game of the saga with coop play. the fun factor is money if ur a RE fan since the start you will not b able to get enough of the blowing off of heads of zombies or the great smell of gun powder in the morning. the life span of the game could have been lenghtened a little and i think that the magnum came to late in the game and there could have been more zombies to kill and less crows and dogs but more ZOMBIES!!!!! and no i dont think rebecca dies too eaisly but i do think billy is better than her but they are all good cuz they are in the best game ever. this is a must for RE fans who just want a overall great game that is awesom but if i could suggest that you wait till its like $20.00 or less cuz then you will not b angry bout you wasting $50.00 dollars if you dont like the game. all in all this is one of the best games ever and the RE saga is the best saga that they can ever make and i think capcom makes some of the best games ever

To start off, this game contains possibly the best graphics for any console currently on the market. I liked the audio a little better on the first Resident Evil game for the Gamecube. The new buddy system starts off a bit annoying but once you advance further into the game it helps tremendously. Capcom made a wise decision to let you leave items in various locations and retrieve them later in the game. If you are a fan of the series i highly suggest you pick up Resident Evil 0. Oh and chpal Rebecca does not die too easily if you know how to play the game.

I have just got this game today and i already have been stumped...i think the game is just awsome but i think it could be improved allot...for example you should be able to carry more items and boxes and ithems like that should blow up when u shoot them... I like how they give you clues but they r not enough if u buy this game u should get the guide for it...the graphics are awsome,i dont think they could have done a better job...when u shoot an enemy the blood should stay on the floor or stain the wall, as we all kno all R.E. games are scary as hell i have not been frightened that much but i still have allot of the game to get through... my friends have banned R.E. games frm their systems cause of the difficultie,graphic distortian,and the scary-ness,in resident evil nemis returns(i think) nemis blasts through the walls and that was scary... I cant wait for more R.E. games to come out
