This game ROCKS!!! | | Giovanni Ocasio from San Antonio ,TX says (15/Aug/2003): | This Game rocks!!!! FOr being a gamecube game the graphics are awsome and very detailed. The sound is incredible especially if you play it with surround sound it makes you feel like you are really in the ship. The plot is very intresting and challenging. The game really follows the trilogy and it makes it seem like you really have been recruited to Rouge Squadron to help destroy the death star. This game is a great game for all Star Wars Fans. I gurantee you will like it.

You have a wide range of wepons that you can use to defeat the manti and all they have is one little wepon. You get awsome graphics and amazing gameplay that I have never seen before. This game has it all that you could wish for in a simulation game. I just rented it a couple adays ago and the day that I returned the game I went out and bought it it was that good. You don't just get one ship, no instead you get to select from six different ships that have their strong points and weak points. You can buy new weapons for the ships and once you are in the game you can go and save colonists and then have them build tanks and missle launchers to build up your defenses. This game makes you want to play and play and play. Plus if you are running low on your memroy card all it takes up is one block of memory for the whole game. Shure there aren't any cheats but still you have a chance to beat all of the levels that you play. You might die a couple of times but you are still in the game unless if you are really bad at the game and lose all of your lifes. You should go out and try and play this game it isn't really a bad game that it is made out to be.
| Blast that green chit. | | Epins from Virginia, USA says (23/Feb/2003): | Graphics: 7: I give it a 7 for graphics because they certainly could have done a better job with them, while the graphics are clearly not bad, the shadowing is not the best, and the textures need a lot of work, but all in all, pretty good. Sound: 8: The special effects sound is pretty good, but the music can get on your nerves at times. Maby its just me, but I think the music takes away from the game trying to make it sound cool. I like a game with little music so I actually feel like I'm really there fighting those Aliens, not in some arcade. Gameplay: 8: The gameplay is pretty nice actually, one thing diffrent than Rouge Leader is while you have to press a button to go foward, you can actually press the other button to go backwards! But hard handleing especially when your fighting aliens faster than you!Unlike Rouge Leader, this game has 2 player dogfight and coropitive action modes. While I have not tried it yet I think they should be really awesome. Special: 9: What really makes this game great is all the things you can do, you can pick up tanks, missle turrents, ect ect, and put them whereever you want them! and they help you fight a lot! This special option is what made the game great for me. I think this game is definatly a buy, because while you may get bored with the 1 player mode, the 2 player mode will come in handy when you and your friend are getting stoned and have nothing else to but have a conversation like this: "Hey man, your sisters hot." "Hey man thats not funny!" "Hey man check this out! Is it loaded?" "No." BOOM well....its better than harry potter anyhow!
