Baldurs Gate is great. I loved it. My brother and I beat the game in about 3 days. Its really fun. You should try it. We beat it on Ps2 but we have gamecube too. THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER! BALDURS GATE DARK ALLIANCE! I wonder if they are coming out with a 3rd baldurs gate?

Although i thought the game was rather short, it was one of the best games i've ever played. The battle engine is simple, yet deep enough, and the variety of weapons are amazing. BG also has great replay value, because of the 3 difficulty modes, the gauntlet mode, and extreme mode, plus three players to choose from. Dungeons and Dragons fans MUST play this game!!!

The gameplay is great. The different difficulty levels mean what they say. The easy is for people who want to learn how to play a simplified rpg while the hard level is insane. The graphics on this game are amazingly real.....even though you are viewing from above at a distance. Your lifespan depends on how well you can pay attention to your lifemeter and keeping an ample supply of health elixers on you. Of course since this is a baldur's gate sequel the idea is still the same except for the fact that you control only one character. The price on the other hand seemed a little high for the length of the game.
