you may think this game is utter rubish because of the graphics. they do seem a bit childish but once you actual play it they are amazing. the best thing about the game is the adventure. i had only had it for two days and was already hooked. it is so amzing. to fight all the enemys and they are so unique compared to the other zelda games. the moves link has though could be improved though by adding more and the music of the windwaker is really annoying. but overall the game is the best yet. i think the game could have more levels but it is still extremely fun to paly with the levels there are.

This game is great, ok maybe the graphis are a little childish but my kids think its a cartoon so I can play it while they watch it and they love it! I am hooked on this already, although it does seem a little easier and shorter than OoT. I agree that there are too many mini quests but I find completing them more challenging than the main game. The boat really annoys me though, what do other people think? Anyway at least I have the bonus disk to look forward too, but what is the difference with Master Quest?

At first when I saw this game, I thought it looked stupid because of the graphics. I was wrong! The cel-shading only intensifies the magnitude of the game. The cartoonish-look(which is awesome), makes the game more unique from other games. I think this game is better than OOT. This is by far the best game for gamecube, and my number one pick so far for the game of the year for 2003. The bosses and bad guys are unique, as they are different from the bad guys from the other Zelda games. The reason I give this game a ten out of ten is because of the cel-block shading, and cool storyline. If you are deciding whether or not to buy this game, BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this review has helped you!

i love this game! The games graphics didnt look good at first but they are really kool! i think every one should buy this game. the handling is awsome! the graphics are awsome! the bosses are awsome! the size of the game is awsome! this is easly a # 1 game! in my book itsa 12 but it wasnt there! i love it buy it, play it, engross your mind!

this is the best game ive ever played, my favorite part was a secret i discovered, if you sail from north to south back and forth three times youll recieve a golden sword that will destroy any villain in one swipe, also give you 3 extra heart containers, the graphics are awesome, the game play is sensational, and its got an awesome addition with the 16 puzzles of characters in the cabana, dont rent it, buy it

people don't want to buy this game because the graphic style but i say a zelda game is a zelda game! no matter what kind of graphics (i kinda like the graphics). i give this ten stars beacause it has great control, awesome graphics, and a sweet action/adventurre game.anyway if you only buy one gamecube game this year this is a must have!

Having bought this game for my boyfriend i wasnt expecting to enjoy it as im used to my x box. The graphics of this game are superb, the look of the game would suit kids and adults alike ( my 7 year old loves it) and can be played on two levels my younger daughter likes to go searching for rupees and killing the monsters while myself and my boyfriend like to rush on to the next bit of the game. The story line behind the game makes it fun and interesting. This is one addictive game that me, my boyfriend and my kids couldnt put down!

Well when i got this game i wasent expecting much from it, as the graphics had been altered and changed due to Nintendo reasons
but yet again Nintendo have done it again and inpressed me some what good. Id say the storylines are excellent.
Keep coming with them zelda games Nintendo team ;)

If you don't have this game, get it. It is tottaly awesome. I saw my friend had it one day and i was tottaly hooked. You get to do everthing in this game you could ever want. This is like how HALO is to Xbox, it's the reason to have the console. I strongly advise you to get this game. I have been sick lately and this game is like a magnet, you just have to keep playing. To sum it up, just buy this game

This game is wicked the graphics are exellent, the sound for the game is as if your were in the game, the lifespan if good because you can collect more hearts to make you life bigger and you can coolect more weapons through out the whole game. I think this game is defenetly worth more than it is sold for. I really like every thing about the game and the controles look confusing but it is simple to get use to.
What i really like about the game is how the graphics of the bosses are very well done ever since i saw the advert for this game i wanted it i rate this game 100/10

I don't think there are any other words to describe the basic play, and the look... even the feel of this game. The action is incredible, and even more so, the graphics are a definate plus. The cell shading is a style that they should keep, not neccessarily for all games, but maybe for one once in a while. I've beaten through it twice, and have gone on to play a second round with the saved file, and have found tons more stuff than I did on the first play. It was a little short, indeed, but, overall, the game was worth all the wait. Way to go, Nintendo! =:D

I agree with Michael. the game was too short. The game is great in everyway. I, like the first reviewer had that great feeling. I hopped out of bed and played as much as i can without my brother throwing me off. It gave a new demension not only to The Legend of Zelda, but also to gaming itself. I needed that change cos' it would have just been ZooT version. The continued story. But i didn't like it that the game was too short. I got it on a thursday, and completed it on the following wednesday. Compared to Zelda ocarina of Time it was an addon. On ocarina of time, there were a minimum of 12 dungeons. The 8 temples, the 3 begining ones, and ganons tower. Come on.I thing Zoot was more revolutionary that this. More dungeons. Such as the rest of the temples, and the old cast. I would have loved to see the gorons and zoras again. Killing off characters is ok, but killing off an entire civilisation. WHAT ARE YOU PLAYIING AT. not like zelda. Not like zelda at all! But with all that aside, it is still a fantasic game, with all the old twists and turns you would expect in a zelda game. Well done.

the summary say's it all, words really aren't enough. its amazing how cel shading has improved this game expedentionaly when i played on the n64 it felt like heaven but now ive gone beyond that way, way beyond that. the graphics the game play the story i almost cried in happinness even the new smell when you open the case. i still cant tell whats better the story or the actual game. but the coolest thing of all is that something is always happenning. when i checked a walkthrough (of which i often do to check how far i am) on this great game i couldnt believe how much i had missed and just how i had gotten like a millionth of the way. it just goes to show that there is such a game where there is so much going on and still so much more to do.
this really is a game of never ending happiness

This is the best game by far.The game has inataquet (lots of)quests.The graphics are finally differnt from the other zelda and not zelda games for once.Everything was put in place in the right time and place.Instead of always walking to place to place you can drive a small boat.The game is a bit hard but I can take anything you can throw at me and acomplish it.There is its good points, but here are the bad points.There shouldn't be ganon in every zelda game,i mean come on you killed him what about 5 times al ready.Also there is few temples you can explore....If you read this here is a secret from my knolege......enter zelda as your name in one of the three files and while you play the game the music will be slightly differnt.....

This game's graphics are incredible.Everything was put in place in the right order and time.The game also was good because you can travel all over this ocean on a small boat.One bad thing about this game is that is that you get your bow and arrows late in the game.

when i first played OOT i thought it was the best game of all time!!! when i heard Wind Waker was coming out i was so exited and it meets all my expectations and more. its so awesome. the graphics are much better than they look on movies and the gameplay is the best. the control is perfect and easy to use. the quest itself isnt that long but there is so much stuff to do after ur done w/ the regular quest. the graphics are so detailed and much more detailed than u think when u look at them closely. this game is a must own for all gamers and (in my opion of corse) is the best game ever, Period.

Ocarina was the first Zelda game that I played , and once I had completed it , I realised that I had just played through the best game of my life.
I then bought a gamecube and waited for the wind waker to arrive. Though all of the other gamecube games kept me more than happy until it came.
I had to import it from the USA and buy a freeloader on top of that , but I didn't mind because I was getting the game before any of my friends. I played it and completed it in about a week.THIS GAME IS JUST AS GOOD AS OCARINA!!!
Yes , it is now joint best game with ocarina. The cell shaded graphics of this game were just sooooo smooth and didn't bother me what so ever , and frankly anyone who thinks that Nintendo could have made a decent long game with the graphics they showed at E3 is just sad. There would have been atleast ten disks.

Even when I first started the game, I knew this would be the best virtual adventure of a lifetime! The boat is cool, the graphics are cool, the new Link is cool, and everything else aboutthe game is cool. Whoever out there thinks this game is stupid, I think they're stupid! I also agree with Michael Stephens.

this game is so sweet! i saw the graphics adritised and i thought the game would really stink, but this game almost takes fun to a new level. at first i still thought the graphics were bad but over time i acctually prefered the cartoon like graphics, and if you really pay ennention u can see a lot of little things like his hat bloowing in the wind, dust fliing when he quickly turns around, and all the other things ill let u look for. i agree with most of u about how the game is too short and easy but it still proves to be fun. it has tons of side missions and items to collect, that the game almost never ends. u can beat the game and still even get new items like majic armor, heart contanors, and treasure charts. lets just say nitendo did a really good job at makin the wind waker.

I think this is the best game ever. It includes everything you would expect from a Zelda game. I like the different sub-missions in the game. Also how you're able to get a bunch of new items.It's challenging,puzzling,long, and most importantly, fun.
I would recommend this game to any Zelda fan.
