| Alexander R. Ribakov from Virginia, USA says (21/Jul/2005): |
I think that finding nemo is a great game all the levels are pritty easy up to mount wanahachalugi, i guess thats how you spell it, but there is almost no way to get through the second part were there is a big bubble line that goes up to the top of the tank. i gave it an 8 because it is a great game but i cant beat it. if you know how to beat it please tell me.

Fish are Friends, Not Food! |
| Sethy from Pennsylvania,USA says (28/May/2004): |
this game is awesome.i am only at the level where i can't follow bruce the shark through the minefield.one he always outswims me or i hit a mine and blow up.the game is definatley fun but could somebody please help me get through the minefield?
it has scenes from the movie as well as the game's own version.my dad is the video king so i think i should ask him about the level.the game is definatly fun and always makes me laugh.there are more characters than you can shake a lucky fin at.even the characters voices are on the game.some puzzles are hard to figure out.like the sea caves for instance you never know what tunnel you'll come out of.have you noticed the krill talk when you grab them?anyway the games is good, challenging,oh and the graphics are excelent too.

Definitely a good game but can be extremely frustrating in places. |
| Linda from Auckland, New Zealand says (23/Feb/2004): |
My 5 year old son has completed this game three times so far, including all levels and all bonus levels. To the people who have written about the snails - the object is not to sort them out but to make sure that you have bounced on all of them before any of their heads pop out again. This level is indeed frustrating because you have 16 snails (I think) and only a time limit of approximately 12 seconds before the first snail's head that you bounce on pops out again. To put it simply, all the snails' heads must be inside their shells to make them all look tidy... once Nemo has done this, then he moves on to the next challenge. Regarding the comments about the big bonus level at the very end....I was under the impression that this was not actually a challenge that had to be completed but rather just a fun thing for each of the fish (either Nemo, Marlin or Dory) to open the film clippings that are scattered along the bottom of the ocean, sort of like a reward for getting to the end of the game. If I'm wrong can someone please enlighten me. Thanks.

Great game, but how do you get past the darn snails? |
| A gamer from PA, USA says (9/Feb/2004): |
I love this game!!!! It's challenging. I like games that make you think and this one does just that. The puzzles keep it interesting. It's hard to find games like this with different puzzles added in to keep the game interesting. I think the bonus levels where you have to bounce that stupid ball are very frustrating. The one bonus level you have to bounce it through 80 rings!!! But I, like a couple of you, am also stuck on the snails. What the heck are you supposed to do? Nemo says he is going to sort them, but you can't. You can't even bounce on only ones of a certain color, because they are all mixed up. I really like this game and it's weird because most movie games aren't very good. Unfortunately, a lot of people will never know just how good the game is just because it is based off a kids' movie. Most adults wouldn't buy this for themselves. We got it for free, that's the only reason I got it. But if I knew how good it was I would have paid money.

Kick butt game |
| Katie from Mesa, AZ.. USA says (27/Jan/2004): |
My sister bought this game about a week ago because she liked the movie. I figured it was going to be pretty easy since it was ment for children but it was a little bit harder than i thought. i have completed all the levels and got 60/60 stars. Right now am working on that big bonus level. Can't seem to figure it out but i will eventually. Anyways, for those of you who are having some difficulty with it, just keep it up. You'll get it.. In the end everyone does. Sorry if that sounded offensive.

Mums Addicted. |
| Scott's Mum from Sydney australia says (10/Jan/2004): |
I brought this game for my 7 year old son. He told me he cant play it as it is to hard!!!!. So being a good mum i decided to do a few levels for him and help him out. WELL!!!. I am addicted. I am now well into the game and stuck on the snails. I have looked high and low for some advice on how to beat them with NO luck. So im just having a break and getting back into it...
Its a geat game but not suited for under 12 year old as it is quite hard in places.

Great Game! |
| Janet from Dallas, Texas says (18/Sep/2003): |
Absolutely loved the game. Some levels are very difficult and frustrating. Practice makes perfect. I completed all 18 levels and 60 of the 60 gold stars. I am in the secret level and finding it more difficult than all 18 levels and stars put together. Keep trying for that next level and that next star!

One of the best games ever |
| Niki from usa says (3/Jul/2003): |
i thought that finding nemo would be an easy kids game so i rented it just for fun. when i started playing it, i was really surprised at how much fun it was. the difficulty level is just enough so you can play yet get challanged at the same time. it was a great mix and i like how you can go from a really hard level to a really easy level just to take a break. i also liked the graphics. they were really cool it felt like you were a fish and also becaucse the water sounds were really realalistic. i loved the puzzles they threw in they were great. over all i think that finding nemo is a great game and a must have. i am going out right now to buy it!!!

Very simple at first but gets much harder |
| Miss angelik from New Jersey, USA says (1/Jul/2003): |
i like this game,i am only at the level with Mount Wannahockaloogie though. I think so far the Minefield and the Submarine are (ok so maybe mount wannahockaloogie is) the hardest because it drags you with the current. I can't pass the second part of Mount Wannahockaloogie because I can't pass the bubbly thingy that goes up to the surface of the water...I'm so desperate I've even tried jumping over it.....or is that the way. I thought of the movie and even tried to dash through it. If anyone could help me, I would be so thankful. In conclusion, finding nemo game is a fun, enjoyable and challenging game that you should play after seeing the movie. :):):):)

to difficult for target age group |
| A gamer from regina saskatchewan says (29/Jun/2003): |
i love this game, it's fun, colourful, and the water sounds are realistic, I really liked the movie, but the game, i found hard, cute and with all my favorite char. Some of the levels which I found to difficult, were the submarine and the jellyfish levels.in the mini game when you had to bounce on the tops to get to the end, without dory, after playing that my thumb hurt, the jellyfish sank. the reason I gave it a 7, was because it was hard, but it wasn't the worst, game in the world. it was great, only the difficulty, i reccommend this game to 9 +, i mean i'm 12 and a half, and i needed my dad there the whole time, we'll... most of the time.
hey, it's cute, it's a challenge for any one, kool, hard and fun are the three words I'd use, if i had to sum it up. gamers out there, if your looking for a challenge, and fun this would be the game. Training with Gill the part were you had to bounce on all the snail's was pointless, and boring.
they could of skipped that. i loved!!!!! the movie clips in it, but if you haven't seen the show it's a real spoiler, we'll i guess you don't buy the game, before you watch the show, or theres no point. finding nemo, is such a cute show, and game, but they could have made the game a lot easier. but as my one line summary says it's too difficult for target age group, and that would be about 5 or 6. when i first rented this game, it was like oh, kool look at the clips, and the graphics, sweeeetttt....
the sound was good, and so was everything else, finding nemo, the movie rules!!!!!!!!! the game it's about a 7.

Games Are Friends, Not Food |
| Anthony Filipas from Oregon, USA says (18/Jun/2003): |
This is my all-time favorite underwater video game. U can control Marlin, Dory, and Nemo through huge levels. Finding Nemo's graphics r the best i've seen. The sound is cool. Finding Nemo's gameplay contains beening chased by the shark named Bruce, bouncing of bombs, beening chased by that swimmer, and hanging out with the turtle named Crush. Over all this game gets a 9.

Really good but challenging. |
| TYler from Zachary, LA USA says (17/Jun/2003): |
I like this game so much but I have only been able to beat the sixth level. I like the fish, the plants, and the caves. I also like the stars and the bonus levels. I like the krill, the anemone, and the rings. My favorite levels are the mine field and the mask chase.

I'm only 7, and this game is great!! |
| Christopher D. from Whitemarsh, Pennsylvania says (15/Jun/2003): |
I love this game!! I'm only 7 years old and I've played all the levels. The scenes look just like the ocean and my fish tank, and the music is cool too. The game is hard and frustrating sometimes, but you can't put it down. I like how you can tag between Nemo, Marlin and Dory to figure out how to beat a level, because each character is good at something different. My little sister, who is 5 years old, likes to do the matching bonus and the bouncing jellyfish level. This game is great for kids of all ages. Even though I played all the levels, I can go back and earn more starfish bonuses, so the game keeps going on. This game is a winner and a keeper for a long, long time.

I am stuck on the part with the snails so if anyone can help me out-that would be great! Overall I highly recommened this game! Surprisingly challenging |
| A gamer from Chicago, IL says (7/Jun/2003): |
My little sister got the game originally and I decided to play it to see how fast I could beat it. But when I picked it up I waon how challenging it is! I'm the kind of gamer who can't put a game down until i have beaten it. Also I was surprised at how well the game is made. I was expecting some bad movie rip-off like most games, but I was very surprised when I learned not only is it hard, but it's fun. This is one game that never gets old. Also I like how it follows the story the way it does. Straying off the path slightly but not enough so it ruins it. All in all this game is definatly worth buying.

One of the hardest games |
| Matt from USA says (2/Jun/2003): |
This game is fun if you don't go to the movies that often. But man it took me an hour on one level. The game I think is pretty fun, but as you guessed it the game is way to frustrating. This game is as hard and confusing as Zelda games. Overall if you are a game person and want a challenging game this is the one.

Good and Frustrating |
| Jessica from Lincoln, RI says (2/Jun/2003): |
Finding Nemo has amazing graphics and a difficulty level that can keep you playing for hours never wanting to stop, the only downfall is that finding nemo can get very frustrating when stuck in a level with no idea what to do. currently i am stuck doing a puzzle with a bunch of green lines, but they didnt even tell me what its supposed to look like when im done.. and its getting frustrating, other than that, Finding Nemo is definitley a good buy.

It's like your in the game!!! |
| A gamer from USA says (1/Jun/2003): |
Finding Nemo game is great! But sometimes it can get on your nerves. Like the loading is very long, you get stuck on a level for a long time, and you don't know what to do!! Everything else is great. I bought the game but even though I didn't win I'm enjoying just not too. It's very fun and it feels like you're actually in the game beacuse of the great sound, graphics, and color! I really like the sound beacuse you hear the water moving, the fish swimming, and everything you ould hear at the beach. I would like it though if you could play other characters then Nemo, Marlyn, and Doory. What I really like though at least every level shows you a clip of the movie. I really like this game!!
|
longest load time ever! |
| A gamer from Chicago, United States of America says (25/May/2003): |
We just rented this, and although it is visually a beautiful game, I would never buy this unless in was in the bargain bin. Its load times between levels is so long, and it seems even longer cuz you have a fish staring at you the whole time! The pay off is pretty sweet, the graphics are definately a 10. It looks like you are controling a cg movie.
So, I could really live with the load times if that ws the only downfall, but it isn't. A couple of levels involves manuvering a fish thru green rings which makes you get closer to whatever you are chasing after. The aspect/controls somewhat remind me of the original snes/n64 starfox, but I dont remember geting frustrated playing starfox. I cannot imagine kids not getting frustrated durring these levels. It is difficult to control your fish and to know how close you are to some of these rings. This really drops the gameplay and fun factor score down, and if a game isnt fun, why play it?
