SAME BORING SHIT EACH YEAR | | JAVIER from ,Harlingen,Texas,United States says (23/Jan/2004): | Wrestlemania 19 was a boring game the revenge mode was the most boring storymode i've ever played.It should have more matches such as casket match,buried alive,elimanation chamber,braw and panties,back stage assaults, kiss my ass match,LAST MAN STANDING,even strecher match oh and royal rumble.IT needs more wrestlers it nearly has the same charcters as18 except it a few more characters.HELLO where are the other wrestlers?The blood is pretty cool except ifyou're beating the hell out of your opponent and he gets to hit you its like they have hit you with brass nucs.WM19 IS LETTING HERE COMES THE PAIN BITCH SLAP IT RIGHT ACROSS ITS FACE.
They should at least put a real story mode and ditch the revenge mode.They should put rvds and matt hardys real song in there instead of this crapy $#< remove me > at ! i've never heard before.What about eddies low rider also add more legends in there.Give the superstars ther real specials instead of a cheap ass brainbusterCOME ON add rodney mac,mark henry,nathan jones,hardcore holly,eric bishoff,rosey,gailkim,jazz, SHANE O MAC,a train,and any other superstars who i missed.You should even add a little trash talk to john cena.DITCH THE KANE MASK AND the dudleys OLD ENTRANCE.Im begging you to add more titles.What are you using to create this game cmputer genuis?let a real fan show his side of wrestling.If you don't take this advice and use the same $#< remove me > at ! you've been using i am never buying a wm game again AND THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE CAUSE I SAID SO.This is not even half of the $#< remove me > at ! i want to emprove.
| It is a perfect game | | Joseph from USA says (26/Jun/2005): | it is perfect, but it should been more perfect if it was more like the real WM19, for example, it should've had the wrestlers who competed in WM19, like: Rhyno, A-Train, Team Angle (Who was known as The World's Greatest Tag Team), Shane Mcmahon, Steven Richards, Val-Venis, Jeff Hardy, Kevin Nash, & all of the wrestlers who was mentioned by all of you guys! let's not forget that the royal rumble should carry more than 4 wrestlers, & it should've have more pay-per-views than the ones which were in the game, & more matches, and more create-a-wrestler desings, not just one design! & to help create-a-wrestler, there should've been some templates of Wrestlers Accesesories (Like Entrance Music, Entrance Lights, more Entrnce moves like X-Pac's Moves, & Wrestling moves templates like Rhyno's template, Raven's template, A-Train's template, etc.) & it should've had more matches like an 8 Men Over The Top Rope Battle Royal, Elimination Chamber, Elimination Tag Team Matches, & MANY MANY MORE! BUT STILL! I liked the game for a reason, it's because I like Wrestling & when I Bought it I never had Wrestling game! & I don't like it because when you bleed someone he bleeds fast, and the graphics shoud be better & the Revenge mode should've been a Storymode (although it wasn't bad). I Heard that there is a another WWE: Day of Reckoning Game & it's called: WWE Day of Reckoning 2. I Hope it's Better than not just WMXIX, but better than ALL of the WWE games!

They need a real story line,more belts,they need PPV's,like royal rumble,bad blood and so on,for match types like bra&panties,casket match,buried alived,6 man tag team match,and better graphics for some type matches.
They need a little trash talk for john cena,hear the words for once,a little bit of rap,better graphics for specials,they need fir legends,like andre,hawk and animale,superfly snuka,and so on.
For creating characters,they need more clothes,pants,etc.
They need to take that bull$#< remove me > at ! mask off kane,oh,and have a shave your head match,just for the story line.
better stage entrances,dudley boys real song and entrance,they need for weapons,you need backstage matches,like parking lot,boiler brawl,and so on.
Take away the angle for when your beating the hell out of your opponent,and then he bleeds,take away the blood angle,but still keep blood.

| The Most Best Game!!! | | K.O.M.E.T (a.k.a Joseph) from Washington, DC says (29/Jun/2005): | Although there wasn't any superstars that can be unlocked or any other match types or any create-a-superstar templates for the acctuall wrestlers or the graphics of the game isn't that cool or the sounds wasn't that awesome, but in my opnion this game rocks!!! because the shape of the create-a-superstar the does'nt look like the shape in WWE Day of Reckoning, in that game, he looks like a chinese man for god's sake!!! (NO OFFENSE FOR THE CHINESE PEOPLE) whatever, I Heard That there is a game coming on August, it's called WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2, I hope THQ makes this game a successful game & even better than ANY GAME coming, came, should come, would come, ever!!! & by the way, it should've had any superstar that can be unlocked as I mentioned up of this page , because it's IMPORTANT!!! but as you pass those Revenge stages & finish them, you'll find out that there are some called "Boss" Characters that can be unlocked in Revenge mode, & can be used in Exhibithion mode, but of course, they've got wrestling moves templates that you can buy in Shopzone, but to tell you the truth, there are 20 Bosses & 20 wrestling moves templates, & these templates are for real live wrestlers from Japan & a few from the United States like Scott Hall, Mick Foley & Many Many, Many Many more!!!
| this is one of the worst | | A gamer from Denver, USA says (23/Jun/2005): | this is one of the best games i have ever played. one reason is becasue of my favorite wrestlers mr. kane,mr undertaker, and in my opninion the best wrestler mr. rey mysterio.one thing wrong about this game is that the blood looks fake and it does not like drip on the floor. another thing is that instead of people having spirt they should have health. I think that the specials are crap cause they dont have some of the real ones. Also they should have more wrestlers like matt morgan,carlito,shane mchman,a train. they should also let you fight backstage like assalutingt the wrestlers before a match starts or you should be able to assault them while they are coming out like if the undertaker is coming out you should be able to attack him and destroy his motorcycle. i also think that they cabinet should be there. also there should be more titles. PLus the revenge is so freaking crappy and so hard. also ther shoule be unmasked kane and there shoudl be more weopens.the entrances are all sucky except for the rey mysterio one. Like in the undertaker one it doesnt all go quiet and turn dark so knoe one could see him. well that is wat i think about the game

What were they thinking when they made this game, they made it look like a geek made this game and why the h##! is there only up to four people at a time in royal rumble, in PS2 they can have six, plus to make this game even worse YOU CAN'T GO BACKSTAGE! now doesnt that dissapoint the heck out of ya? They dont even have the other matches I like like Bra & Panties, elimination chamber, casket, 6 man tag team. THQ is making me angry. The graphics are okay, the music when your fighting gets agravating. There is only one thing I like about this game and that is throwing people off of the cell and hearing crack. Revenge mode its all right of course they could of done better. Some songs are not the wrestlers or are old versions.Kane song, Stacy's song, and Wictoria's song are copyrighted so they have to ask the bands or singers. So they'll have to ask Finger Eleven for Kane's song, Kid Rock for Stacy's and i don't know for Victoria. I mean it's not like Raw2 or Smackdown 5 have the real song. Of course Day of Reckoning is going to be better Im hoing to buy it. It has bras and panties,more wrestlers 40+ I think, more matches and much more So it's not like Raw 2 was better because I owned that crap I just sold it. U could create a while mess of wrestlers like jeff hardy, kevin nash, sting, and a whole mess. Also it said that Wrestlemania 21 is going to be for Xbox and it's going to be the best wrestling game with new modes of matches and stuff like that. So this a good wrestling game unlike backyard wrestling and wwf attitude and wwf warzone and many others. Rock on listen to Iron Maiden.
| Not bad, could be so much better | | Bionic Redneck from Cardiff, Wales says (4/Dec/2003): | Wrestlemania XIX is so much better than X8, the graphics have improved so much and the ability of different players is fantastic. The create-a-superstar allows u 2 create wrestlers that haven't been put into the game such as Val Venis, this has been greatly improved since X8.
The biggest problem with this game is the revenge mode, this absolutely sux, when i saw the game, i thort that it'd be a good story mode, but instead, it's a feeble beat 'em up. Although it does have a pretty good ending with the match against Vince at WM XIX, theres a total anti-climax with what happens after the match (if u win, i dunno what happens if u lose, i think i'll try that, but don't forget to make sure u've saved it b4 u do so that u can go back and complete the mode properly).
Finally, i don't like the fact that u have to complete the cruddy revevenge mode with every single wrestler (inc the women) in order to get the 2nd set of alternative clothing (one of which i'm assuming is kane without the mask seen as his titantron is his new one, but he's still got the mask in his clothings)

The revenge mode was ok but had no story to it. All u do is kick peoples asses. Another thing that sucked is the titles. It doesnt have Cruiserweight US or Womens titles. One more thing that sucked is you have to beat revenge mode with every superstar to get different costumes. Stuff that was good was the graphics. The graphics were amazing. I liked the TLC matches and table matches. I also like the fact that you can go backstage and literally kill people! The King of the Ring was cool but it needs to have two players to be on the same team for tag matches. I liked Shop Zone with Stacy Keibler and the stuff that u can buy there. Create a Wrestler was great. You can put in fireworks for your created wrestler. It took me 2 hours to make my wrestler perfect. You can also buy points for your wrestler to make him or her stronger. Thats y I give this game 8 stars.

I see that they added king of the ring & shopzone to the mix. I hate that they used music that doesn't even belong to the stars & I REALLY HATE that evil, hard for kids to play revenge mode. it's so boring to me & too tough for little kids to play. i get so tired of my nephew asking me to beat this or help him do that, if the game is meant for younger kids , they should have made it easier for younger kids. the graphics & camera angles are tre cool. Trish's intro is so real that if you were playin on a big screen you would think your watchin RAW. I had a problem with the music for Victoria & Stacy, Why couldn't they use either of their true intros not that bland generic junk. But all in all it's the perfect game...to buy your enemies. Friends do buy their friends junk.

WWE Smackdown! Here Comes The Pain is a great game for playstation 2; however. THQ, in my opinion, does this purposly so people will buy the playstation 2 and keep getting the gamecube game to see if they're improving. Well, this is my last WWE wrestling game for the gamecube. The bad things about it are, "Revenge Mode" I mean wtf is this? And when you do a move to someone (specifically suplex) it hits all other opponents to the ground. Good things about this game is I found no glitches, like in Smackdown. And the grappling system is my favorite out of all games. If this game is improved (season mode, and edit wrestlers,) it's back to #1.

Kevin Nash,and Jeff Hardy were unlockable but it seems false. Also there should be a season mode like Here comes the Pain! but there is revenge mode. It sucks! I like the gameplay but the submision system is bad. I don't like playing multiplayer submission matches because it doesn't tell you if you are going to tap out your opponent. Guess what a new WWE game will take over wrestlemania XIX. It is called WWE Day of Reckoning with new superstars and legends . The season mode is called School of Hardknocks. It will have new gameplay plus Bra and panties match with a better submissin system

This game was fairly fun and challeging. Although I wish you could be superstars such as, hass/benjamen, rhyno, the a-train, shannon moore, and more. I missed some matches from ps2 games such as elimination chamber, 6 man tag, lumberjack, and 4-man battle royal. This game was great because you could be the hulkster! I liked “create a superstar” mode Lose the revenge mode and put in season! Revenge was easy and boring, and what’s with the bosses? That’s stupid. Although the revenge mode was original, the overall fun factor was 10! The game was great!

There is a revenge mode which is season and the objective for that is to wreck Vince Machman's Wrestlemania and make it Stephanie's! Kane has a new suit in this game but he is a bit $#< remove me > at ! as he has his mask on and the entrance theme is strange as he has his mask off and the music theme is the old version. It is easier to reverse moves, and Vince's recovery move is so crap as he flicks off the ground but he is unable do it because he's an old faggot! I would reccommend this game to WWE freaks like me!
P.S: Goldberg has good wrestling moves!

1)hardcore match is a little limited, there needs to be more access to the backstage area. this game makes no mercy for N64 more enjoyable to play.
2)there needs to be more characters, matches, titles and the ability to alter the clothes(e.i. puttin girls in bikinis of ur choice, take the shoes off the girls, REMOVING Kanes mask, etc)
3)ditch the revenge bull---- it is too easy and gets quite boring. instead make it a storyline.
4)the specials need to be more like the actual thing, instead of a half ass attempt on portrayin it

I do wish you could be the a-train, bradshaw, rosey, nathan jones, nunzio, shannon moore, and kevin nash. I did like the create a superstar mode beacuse I created all lsted above. The graphics were not all that good. The sound was horrible like here comes the pain. The revenge mode I injoed mostly thowing people into bottemles pits. The blood graphis need to have work, I hit rikishi in the back of the head and he started to bleed in the front of the head.

They should have more charecters such as Sable and Kevin Nash. More titles should be added such as womens, cruiserweight,i.c., and U.s. The revenge mode sucks and is kind of hard. Kane should not wear a mask and Victoria doesn't even look like herself. They have way more raw superstars than smackdown stars and that kind of sucks. I miss the battle royal game option that was on wm x8. All together it is a pretty good game and I enjoy it.
p.s i also loved that Mr. Rey mysterio is on the game that makes it rock.
