Wrestlemania XIX is so much better than X8, the graphics have improved so much and the ability of different players is fantastic. The create-a-superstar allows u 2 create wrestlers that haven't been put into the game such as Val Venis, this has been greatly improved since X8.
The biggest problem with this game is the revenge mode, this absolutely sux, when i saw the game, i thort that it'd be a good story mode, but instead, it's a feeble beat 'em up. Although it does have a pretty good ending with the match against Vince at WM XIX, theres a total anti-climax with what happens after the match (if u win, i dunno what happens if u lose, i think i'll try that, but don't forget to make sure u've saved it b4 u do so that u can go back and complete the mode properly).
Finally, i don't like the fact that u have to complete the cruddy revevenge mode with every single wrestler (inc the women) in order to get the 2nd set of alternative clothing (one of which i'm assuming is kane without the mask seen as his titantron is his new one, but he's still got the mask in his clothings)

I love wwe games but this was a real disapointment. there is no story line at all, and all they put instead of the story mode was that stupid revenge mode. they best games that THQ came out with where the wwe and wcw games for n64 like revenge and wcw/nwo after that every thing else sucked they need to go back to the basicks and make games like that again, where you can pick any wwe superstar and go through there storymode. with strong and weak graples and taunts to get your strenth up. i admit i do not know much about this game but maby thats because i picked it up came home put it in my gamecube and not 10 minutes later was rideing back to the video store to return it. please please THQ read this and make the great games you use to make.

sure this game might have good looks to it but all in all it sucks ass i mean weslteing is not bout climing up stuff to get out or fight people to through them over the edge of a endless cliff thing it might have been better if they had it like other westling games that u westle and game money that way and not this wayalthought the creat a entance was good and hope they put that on other games in the furture they better not have the damn revenge on it or so help me i will hunt them down for butchering the name smackdown again u hear what i saing nigga

This WWE game sucks, striaght up sucks...they need way more titles and characters and I dont see why they based it around this crappy revenge mode, heck what were they smoking when they made this game,people dont even look like they should, say for instance John Cena, he ain't that buff and whats with Van Dams gay < remove me > at ## song and Kanes freakin mask. What were they thinking when they made this game, they made it look like a geek made this game and why the h##! is there only up to four people at a time in royal rumble, in PS2 they can have six, plus to make this game even worse YOU CAN'T GO BACKSTAGE! now doesnt that dissapoint the heck out of ya? They dont even have the other matches I like like Bra & Panties, elimination chamber, casket, 6 man tag team. THQ is making me angry. The graphics are okay, the music when your fighting gets agravating. There is only one thing I like about this game and that is throwing people off of the cell and hearing crack. My opinion to this game has been stated and if you agree with me just send me an email at turkeyturdbpw< remove me > at aol.com
P.S. This game makes the wrestling game on PS1 look googd and I thought that sucked.

chamber,brond and panties. there is No season but there is
revenge but it sucks.Dawn mairy dose'nt have her real song.
but there is good graphics..

Not enough characters, not enough match types or options, not as good of graphics as 18 was, and no cheats. The game was based around revenge mode a pathetic 24 levels that range from difficulty levels of my 5 year old brother could do it to how the hell did they think this mission up. Either they were on drugs half the time or they dont care if the fans of their show are tricked into being gimmickee crap. If you bought it then you its best uses would be a mini frisbee for your new puppy or a coaster the living room. Shameful and sad.

This game is really fun,an I garentee you'll like it very much,but there is one flow.There is no story line!Well shore,
there is a reveng mode,but that part sucks!!Anyway this game has terrific graphics in it.(The Charecters look just like them).
This game kicks ass ,so make shore you get it.

im very dissaponted of this game too (not as disapointed as raw 2..that really suck¡¡¡¡) but still disapointed... the graphics are bad.. where´s the improvement from wrestlemania 18??? game options are the same as 18.. hell in a cell, cage, etc.. where´s elimination chamber?? the gameplan is acceptable, but some maches are just horrible, for example the royal rumble, can be only four wrestler at the time !!!dear GOD!!! how is this possible ????? and the revenge mode... oh my god¡ im a wwe Fan i dont enjoy playing as the undertaker in a task like a ninja turtle figthing against workers and security guards on my quest for beating mr mcmahon. i dont like this game. i will continue playing PS2 smackdown shut your mouth and wait for HCTP
