I love this game i beat it all the time i'm currently beating the tournament mode now on advance with very strong setting. This game has better graphics than the one for playstation. Although there voice does not change until they do there ultimate attack, for instants cell his voice is like the first form of him until he does his spirit bomb. But other wise this game is great. I really hope they make part 2 for gamecube as well. That would brightin up my day alot. I like that they have made the characters not as white, they have a tan to them. That makes the game alittle more interesting. The best thing about this game is you can do the spirit bomb. But why is the majin buu saga not on here. I know that it is on part 2 for playstation 2. But i guess they were going to save it for part 2. But over all this game is a great game when you only have a gamecube. If anyone is hoping for dbz budokai 2 to come out for gamecube. Than get in line because i'm first. I cant wait. The first one was awesome. The best of all i would say about budokai is that you can transform to a super sayain. That makes the game so popular.

When I first started playing this game I thought it was awesome to go through the story mode. It followed the story pretty well and didn't make everything look corny. Once I got use to the controls I found that it was fun to use the practice to use your moves and build up strategy against the "very hard" opponent. This helped me a great deal to become the prince of all saiyans. I love Vegeta's character and use him the most. It is great to build up the custom moves so you can truly rule over all. I really hope that the second one comes out on the cube. In a way it makes me hope that they even make a dragonball game as well as gt. The only problem I had was Goku's voice is a little off.

I agree that dragonball z is a great thing on gamecube but I really think number 2 should be on gamecube also you know the eye toy I reckon that there should be one for the gamecube so you could do pretend ka-me-ha-me-ha and pretend spirit bomb.This game should be the greatest game ever.My favourite character is krillen because of unlock potential and destructo disk.That is my review.

mortal combat! Eat your heart out this is everything most fighting games aren't, the speed of this is wot they all beet em ups need, fast frantic and best of all amazingly stimulating.
Be one of your favorite charecters from the television series, like goku and the rest of his possy, too bad theres no cell.
