A farming simulator stype game. who wants.. its got rubbish gameplay that never wants you to come back for more. Its never been addictive its great for farming fans!!!!!! who in the right mind would want to be a farming fan. Aside from the boring gameplay elements its does have great graphics. One thing i must bring up is that in the game the cows have never looked like cows!!!!. is was a waste of time making this game. The japan style cartoon characters are all well and good but its nothin like a real life farm. i mean what kind of farm grows melons in the ground. and what kind of person wistles a horse from miles away to diliver carrots.

This game is wicked no kidding i had to trade in 4 of my ps2 games to get it [but its worth it!] ive only had it 2 days and i must of played it for about 8 hours already [thats a lot for me].
I used to have the ps1 version and i had sooo much fun!!! my mate tease me about liking it but i dont care if only theyd try it i know they wud be hooked also if anyone out there knows how to find the mukumuku or the talking tree for making hybrid plants please e-mail me < remove me > at janetashworth< remove me > at fsmail.net pleeeeeseeeeeeese i am determined to unleash strawberrymellon hybrids onto the unsuspecting world!!!! ahhhahahhhhhaahhhaaahhhhh! no seriously please!

the game is so realistic. fishing in harvest moon has always been awsome but this game makes it more like life. i saw my friend with this game and it was so cool that i needed to have one so i bought it. the game have a few errors but it fixes the errors with the tight things in it. like make'n friends and feeding your animals so they won't die. the best part of the game is when u starve and eat food. i have played so many games in my life but this game is number one. i also like this game because it changes as you play. my favorite thing in the game is the food because i like giving the food away to the towns people.

I've been waiting a year or more for this game to finally come out in the us, and i still couldnt even find it in stores! So i had to order it online.. Any way when i played the game..the graphics were excellent and the story layout was great.. It is more realisic then any other game i have ever played..You can have a son that actully grows up and helps you on the farm..you could be playing this game not stop for hours and hours... thats how fun it is .. it also divides into 6 chapters spanning 30 years..if you dont have this game.. go to the store or order it online asap..hoped it helped.. iight one love payce

harvest moon is the best game ever created! it may seem like a pretty cheesy storyline at first but it is just so addictive. GO Celia for best wife and in response to whoever it was who posted a review before me buy the cow a miricale potion it will not die but it is pretty useless if it does not give milk. After you give your cow the miracle potion it will be pregnant for around 30 days and after it gives birth it will start producing milk twice a day again.
My top tip for dairy farming would be to buy a food processing room and only make butter because it sells for more, The higer the quality the better

Harvest Moon is one of the best games I've ever played. I don't usually play games, but this game keeps me coming back. The graphics are so life like. I actually feel like a farmer. The sound in the background is soothing and helps me to concentrate. I actually think its kind of cool that they have six chapters on the game and plays out your life. I think its fun in wooing your three possibilities. It has this whole real life thing about it that its hard not to say anything good about it. Even though I don't know how to get past the third chapter I think it's an awesome game and everyone should try it.

(forgive me about no comas)What I like about this game is that you almost get to do anything!I especially loved it when I got my horse(I always wanted to ride a horse)And I think my kid is cute .What I don't like is:that I haft to water every single plant and it takes up my time to do other stuff like go to the dig site.And all the rest of my animals love me except for that horse I named it Epona.I wash it I brush it I feed it I ride it I hug it and it still doesn't like me and it goes to sleep to much.But I don't wake it up.But I still think this game is so coooooooooooooooooooool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love it!it is the best!by the way,to get rich,while p[laying hook up a controller to the third slot and keep pressing start and to get all items press z on the controller hooked up to third.but please tell me where the harvest festival is!i soo wanna go there!e-mail if you knowit was just totally awesome i rented the boy version at glace bay video when i went to glace bay to visit my nanny this summer,and it was sooo totally awesome!i loved it!i married celia i though she was the only one you could marry.then i bought the girls version at toys r us in dartmouth at the mic mac mall.it rocks!

I personally think that harvest Moon, a wonderful life, is the coolest game on the face of the Earth! Especilly when you marry Celia, because she helps around the farm, and your son is really cute! Also, your son grows up, and you get additions on the house, just like in real life. I've had this game for like 2 weeks, and i've played like everyday! Some helpful tips....get a seed maker, and plant grapes and peaches, and then sell the seeds you get from it to van.... you make a HUGE profit. Ive hade like almost 100,000g from selling apple and orange seeds to him. HARVEST MOON IS THE BEST!!!!

The harvest moon games have always appealed to me but this one was OUTSTANDING!!! The graphics are among the best I've ever seen (and believe me, I've played ALOT of video games) The plot is Rich and it's the kind of game everyones wanted to play. The songs and such are very good though in the farm there's not much variety:(Personally I think that the fact that you have to get married and raise a family is a great idea. This beats Animal Crossing by a long shot but Animal Crossing WAS funnier.I think that this game Harvest Moon: It's a Wonderful Life is one of the top game cube games ever!

This game is AWESOME! I got hooked the day I got it! The graphics are SO much better than Harvest Moon 64, and the fun factor is awesome! My mom told me to get away from the game, cause I was playing it too much! I'm on the Summer of Yr.2, have a baby son named Joey, and I'm married to Celia! Hint: Pick HER to marry..she's awesome!! I've been playing the game for about 4 days, and I'm already really far. If I had to pick between ALL the Harvest Moon games, THIS game would be the best! I CAN'T WAIT for the Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life For Girl to come out! This winter! Yay!!

Playing AWL is as important as breathing. You just can't stop.
Sound effects: 4.57/10
A little too repetive.
Graphics: 10/10
Just exellent in general. The graphic were great in every place.
Music: 8.34/10
The bit of music that there is is pretty good, but you get bored of it soon enough.
Storyline: 9.77
AWL isn't fun for everyone. It would be a 9.77, but arguably so.
Lifespan: High
Such a great game, you will still be playing AWL 10 years from now.

You have to get this game, it is the best and will never end, just as you think it is going to get borin...pop... Celia(the best in my opinion) asks you on a date or a mad scientist tries to steal your cows. The graphics and music combined with their activity are to die for, to die for (seriously) and, i took ne look at the others and was bored but this made me a serious fan, pay the money, worth every penny and for £30.00 to grow crops, milk cows and pick your own wife by giving her fresh picked flowers that may be magic. One last comment, it is the best game ever!

My brother even said the graphics rule, but thats not the only thing that rules! The game layout and story line makes it so fun! Im a girl, but hey, I play as a guy, that would be even cooler that some day, they made a Harvest Moon so you could play as both! Like Poke`mon Ruby and Sapphire, ya know? LoL. I to have every Harvest Moon Game for all the consuls, my favorite out of all of them would probobly Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, but if im not mistaken, you guys have the english version, I have the japanese version, but its the same, LoL

This game is pretty good! I have played alot of games and this one is easily one of the best! I own it and im getting close to the end of the game. There is some down sides to this game. like for one there isnt alot of extensions you can build and not enough farm animals. But the worst of it all is you get bored of it. i mean its fun but after months of playing it it just starts to get boring. and after you have all the animals and extensions and like 200,000G then there is no point to the game. only to see your son grow up. So thats it....Goodbye!

O.K. I'm a girl so if you think it weird that I have a game where your a boy and have to marry a girl befor the first year is over, well think again! This game rocks out loud! I married Muffy But I really hate her (I don't like my son now eather 'cause he wants to be an artest and he won't let me hold him)I'm in the end of the 4th year and have a dog, a cat, a star cow, a normal cow, a marble cow, a hores, 5 chickens, a rooster, 2 ducks and a horse. If you're looking for a cool game then this is a cool game that last a real long time. I love it!

OMG!!! this is such a great game! it's 50 bucks but... IT'S WORTH IT!!! it's such a great game! i LOVE the graphics and the story line! it's also interesting to watch all the young kids grow in the game, including the animals and your kid! it is a BIG MUST HAVE!!! i have played most of the HM games but... THIS ONE IS GREAT!!! i have reached the 3rd year of my game, and i am STILL having fun playing it everyday for long hours! basically, if you are going to play this game, you should ALSO play the other HM games, but THIS ONE is a MUST HAVE!

this game is fun in the beginging but it gets boring and repetative. i am not gonna say much but for the record, the correct spelling of the dog that that carter will give you is chihuahua! i have two and i would know.
you start out with a fun life and stuff and u get alot of choces of what u do. but then you do everything and don't have antthing to do but watch the fodder(grass) grow. the one question of mine is where is the racetrack because i can not find it and some people say that there is no racetrack whale others disagree...hmmm

this game deserves every star! i get caught up on it for hours and hours! I cant think of much to put so i will give hints for those who are stuck.Tip no.1, when you propose on the first year you might want to know you dont get married till the end of the year.tip .2 nami is the hardest one to get, so try makeing her jealous and propose to the other girls.I am getting stuck so could anyone tell me how to get in the brown shed next to the chicken coop. I am running out of room so i will just stop typeing and say,"HARVEST MOON ROCKS"!

Harvest Moon:a wonderful life is the best and coolest game ever!!!!Great grafics,the music is fantastic,the charecters rock (my faves are Gustafa and Nami...i married her),and a great over all experience.It reminds my mom of home on the prairie
The archiology dig is a great way to make profit.Its always a surprise when digging.Fishing is also a good money maker.
I like that you can be in another world~where people are nice,and life is good.if you buy this game you will instantly be the smartest person ever,so buy it
